Trust Cool Breeze! Sean was thorough, patient, and wise. He thoroughly inspected and repaired everything. He carefully answered our questions. He wisely found a less expensive repair that will keep the HVAC running for years.

Cool breeze installed a new heating and air conditioning unit for me. They were great. They were here when they said they would be and were finished when they said they would be. The guys were super friendly and honest. I definitely recommend this company.

The initial estimate appointment impressed me right off the bat. I learned everything I needed to know to make an informed decision and to choose this company to install my new systems versus the others I'd had estimates with. Jeff was not trying to sell me anything I didn't need. All around excellent people to work with. Kind and friendly as well as trustworthy and punctual.

Pleasant experience! The company sent Chris to our home for some pretty extensive repairs. We expected things to take more than one day, but Chris was knowledgeable and clearly had great experience and was able to get us up and running in one visit. He was professional and prompt. Next time we need someone to come out we will definitely be requesting Chris!

We've used Cool Breeze, recommended to us by our daughter who has used them, since we moved to Columbia 3 years ago (at 2 different locations) and are very pleased with their work and fast responses.
Most recently, we were having problems with our older HVAC system during the coldest days of the year, and CoolBreeze was fast to respond and, thanks to Rob, Kim, Jeff, Steve & Matt, we had a completely new HVAC system (air handler and heat pump) within days and with almost no HVAC downtime. As an older, retired, couple, we are very appreciative of this kind of responsiveness and expertise.

Used cool breeze when my air conditioner went up on what seemed like one of the hottest days of the year. The company sent someone out quickly. My technician was Chris. He was an absolute delight! He showed up on time and walked me through what was wrong and what he was doing… and dumbed it down for me to make sure I understood because I know nothing about these systems. Even made sure I knew the optimal way to run my system. Will absolutely use them again and hope all of their techs are as patient and thorough as Chris was!

Cool Breeze installed a new unit and duct work in one of our rental properties. Everyone I had contact with was professional and friendly. Our salesman Jeff was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and got back to us with a quote very fast. The technicians were prompt, courteous and left the place just as clean when they left as when they got there. I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

Cool Breeze has saved me twice now from the brutal summer heat. Erik was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was able to diagnosis the problem immediately both times. Repairs to the AC unit and the air handler. Immediate call back and same day service including a Sunday visit! Kim was great too!

Our 1-1/2 yr old gas furnace unit has not working efficiently over the last month. I called and Cool Breeze, they provided me an appointment for the next day, however I was not able to keep the appointment. The next night the temp in the house got quite low and at 7 am I requested an emergency appointment. The Service Manager (Jeff Hutchins) came to our house at 9:30 am. He was here for an hour and 15 min checking everything out, diagnosed the issues, and rectified the condition. The unit has been up and running well for the last 24 hours. I would highly recommend Cool Breeze for your HVAC needs, they are prompt, courteous and very good. Kim Green and Jeff Hutchins, thanks a lot. Will definitely pass on the word in the neighborhood and among our friends.

Cool Breeze installed my dual-zone HVAC System about 3 years ago. During an unusual week of 100 degrees days, our upstairs air conditioning just couldn't keep up. I called Cool Breeze late on Tuesday, and mid-day on Thursday everything was working fine again. Shawn was quick to diagnose and fix the issue. Its great to use a local company ... and have it pay off!

We just had a new home built and Cool Breeze did the heating and air portion. They have since come out to install my Nest thermostat and then again to check on some condensation I was having. They were quick to answer the phone and send someone out both times. Erik did my thermostat and Tom checked on the condensation. Both were on time, professional and helped me out!

Edit: 6/13/2025 - My capacitor went up and they were able to make it out same day and get me taken care of. Brian came, got the job done quickly and also pointed out a couple other things we weren't aware of to help with our house. Thanks!

We have used this company for 17yrs now and have always been more than happy with their service all around! Our furnace recently stopped blowing air and Kim was very responsive and able to schedule us quickly. We have been using Cool Breeze for years and have never had reason to switch companies. They are always accommodating and efficient. The techs are the most knowledgeable and courteous. We just had Jim Brown out for a maintenance check and he was great-as is every employee we’ve had contact with. Have recommended them many times.

Our Heat pump died and Cool Breeze first sent out Jeff. He designed a system to not only fit our needs but provide energy efficiency. I would like to personally thank Erik, Steve, Howie, Brian for a super professional job. As a team they worked in perfect harmony with each other. They went through every detail with me and made sure the system was functioning at optimal performance. I highly recommend this company. Other companies were telling us it would be several months before we’d be able to get a system installed due to unavailability. I don’t know how they did it but they came through for us.
