I believe in going with local businesses. Triple EEE was the highest rated A/C business in my area. They were able to fit me into their schedule same day. (A/C broke on a day when heat index was 115!) They did a diagnostic, ordered a special part and fixed everything before lunch the next day. Mario and Mike were polite and professional. They explained everything and did a great job. I would highly recommend them!

We had an issue that needed fixed before we could sell our home. Mike from Triple E was on time, professional, and extremely helpful. The issue was solved easily and I received the paperwork needed promptly. I would definitely recommend this service and would use again if needed!

Mario from Triple E is a stand up guy. We had an issue with an HVAC he installed 8 months ago. He was responsive and came out to fix the issue same day. I highly recommend Mario

They show up when they say they will, they do what they say they'll do and they've been honest in every interaction I've had with them. Twice they've saved me money by recommending easy/quick fixes I could perform myself for problems I was having rather than charging me for more expensive solutions - didn't even charge me the trip fee.

These guys are very professional. I needed my entire system replaced. Mike came out on a Tuesday to check everything out, and by Thursday I had an entire new system up and running. The installers were very friendly, and took very good care of my house. They cleaned up so well, that there was no evidence of them even being there. My new system works wonderfully, and I can even monitor and modify everything remotely from my phone!

Troy with Triple E is awesome. He has come out to the house twice and makes sure everything is running perfect before he leave. The service plan Triple E offers is very reasonable IMO and for piece of mind, it’s a must have. You don’t want to experience a failing HVAC system during the heat of the summer or freezing winter. After calling four places when my furnace stopped working Triple E came through for me. Mario was so pleasant and helpful explaining things to me along the way.

The service with Triple E Heating and cooling was great. Appreciate the conversation with Mike on system options. Also, Troy's initial visit on faulty cooling system. Their honest feedback and information provided made the decision to update to a new air conditioning and heating system. Dennis and Anthony arrived within time provided, took care of the removal and install the cooling system. Thank you all, definitely would recommend Triple E.

I'm very satisfied with this company's service. The owner is very responsive and professional. The technician arrived on time, and was courteous and efficient. After contacting a few other HVAC companies and finding their representatives to be rather gruff, dealing with Triple E was a pleasant experience.

My AC stopped working in the middle of this current heat wave. Initially had BlueDot out who said Blower Motor and Blower Motor Circuit Board needed to be replaced but the lead time for the parts to fix was 6 weeks, they immediately started to push replacing the whole system. I immediately called Kristin at Triple E and she had Mario out at my house the very next morning. Mario was in and out in less than 20 minutes, found the issue, fixed it and my AC is working! Cannot recommend Triple E enough!!! Lifesavers!

Triple E has been helpful, friendly, and professional every time we have had to contact them. They installed a new HVAC system for us over the summer and provided great service, including helping us with rebates. In addition, they included service for our new system as part of the installation. When Triple E came to provide its quarterly service, the tech discovered that the heat system had not been installed with the new system as it had been out of stock in the summer, and they sent a tech out a week later to install the heat system with no additional charge. Triple E is staffed with nice people who do good work.

Triple E was fantastic- will definitely use again if I have any problems. Within a day of my AC not working, they were on the scene. Mike arrived on time and promptly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Explained to me exactly what happened and how to fix the issue. Great service and very friendly to deal with!

Recommended by my parents so when we returned from vacation to A/C not working, I called. Friendly admin scheduled me immediately. Someone was here within 15 minutes. Repairman, Mike, was courteous and professional. Because this is happening under COVID protocol, he was especially careful to observe social distancing and wore a mask which I appreciated. Immediately discovered the problem and repaired it. Checked refrigerant level for me and let me know it was fine (in the past with a different company I wasn't comfortable that I wasn't being told inaccurate info in order to increase amount due. Clearly not the case with Mike at Triple E!) Amount due for repair and service call was very reasonable. Really feel I received value for my dollars spent. Would not hesitate to use them again should the need arise and I based on my experience, happy to highly recommend their service to others!

Scheduling is easy- we got an appointment the next day. Troy was on time and even returned later in the evening to make sure the job was completed. He is kind, knowledgable, and polite.

WoW! This company is impressive! From start to finish we have been thrilled. Mike came out to “quote” us. But, it became a bit more than that. We were pretty set on going with a different manufacturer however, after talking about our options with Mike, we went in a completely different direction. Mike was able to explain to us the differences between multiple units and the pros and cons of each. It helped us make an educated decision, one that is very large financially, but what was best for us. I’m certainly glad that we did. The units are smooth, they’re super quiet. And best of all they’re extremely energy-efficient. The installation process was amazing! Both Mario and Anthony came out and got the job done in one day, ONE day! We have two 17.5‘s SEER units and they were able to install them in one day. It made for a great experience all around. I would highly recommend this group. *Stop shopping now!* Call them, you won’t regret it.

Troy was super friendly and very knowledgeable. I am a first time home owner so he took the time to explain things to me. Didn't charge me for any unnecessary repairs as our unit is new. Suggested we check with the company that installed the unit in regards to a warranty to save me some money
