Friday afternoon needed some help! Shower handle came off! A great plumber quickly showed up and made a fast repair! My New Go To for my plumbing needs in this old house!

We had a super tough clog in our kitchen drain, and they were able to come out the same day to deal with it. Frank spent a ton of time making sure the clog was fully clear before he left, and did a great job keeping the area clean.

I would not recommend this company . I used this company to fix a plumbing issue in my guest bath area . As well as upgrading some pvc piping to copper in other areas of the home . They seemed to fix the issue but once we had guest come stay at our home and use the bathroom the issue resurfaced. I called the company and informed them I had a issue that reoccured since the work I had down with them in April . Without looking up my invoice, my information, all the work I’ve done with this company they proceeded to tell me that the work I got done in April they would not guarantee . Clearly this company doesn’t care about customer relations or customer loyalty because they did not take the time to even look up my history with them . At that moment I decided to take my business elsewhere to a company that will care about the history I have with them .

We were charged $900 for a clogged pipe. I asked the owner if he could explain the charges in a little more detail because the bill stated "3 day trip and labor", but they spend only about 1.5hrs actually cleaning out the clog. His explanation was that "a car dealer only works 25 minutes on the car and charges the full hour". He simply said "look, I am not gonna explain myself...".
The associate that came out initially wanted to take out all the flooring and completely re-do the sewage pipes because he figured they were just put in incorrectly. We did not agree since we never had this problem in the over ten years we have lived here. The next day the owner came out to have a look as well. He concluded that they will start with cleaning out the pipes, and see if that makes a difference, which actually fixed the problem. They unclogged it, so no complaints about the actual work. Just make sure you don't get overcharged, or uneccesary work done! Absolutely poor costumer service!
