Daniel W. Was very professional and knowledgeable. In addition to the regular service visit, he figured out what was wrong with my humidifier unit. Very clear communication also.

Bobby provided excellent service from beginning to end. He explained the work needed clearly, and the resulting charges. He also was respectful of our home and family.

Vito Plumbing has never steered us wrong, and we appreciate how honest they are in terms of the work that needs to be done and what it costs. Most recently, Bobby came and did a full home plumbing assessment, and told us the good and the bad of our home system, in terms we could understand. He also gave us multiple quotes for fixing our problem in the short and long-term, along with the pros and cons of each. He was speedy, knowledgeable, and friendly - 5 stars all around!

Mizell installed tankless hot water heater, replacing a standard water heater. He was on time, communicated well, installation went great and he left the area very clean. A pleasure to work with !

I called Vito’s for the first time today, and Bobby Issacs came by my house. I was expecting him to unclog my drain, but he insisted and looking at the system first and immediately identified an original installation problem that I did not know I had. This man is a rock star of a plumber and I recommend him highly.

Was able to track Conor’s arrival. He worked through a difficult situation concerning my tankless water heater. While not totally resolved, Conor let me know exactly what will happen, and that he’d stay on it.

Willing to work with new homeowners and connect call center to techs and see what is available to help customers price wise so that everyone feels good with process. A different contractor (not Vito) renovated our house including the replacement of our HVAC system and much of the duct work. During the first summer after completion we noticed water leaking from the ceiling in several areas from condensation in our ducts.

Our original contractor couldn’t solve the problem. A friend recommended Vito. A team of people came out and diagnosed our problem. Turns out the contractor installed air returns that were too small for the system and we weren’t getting enough air in the system. Vito came up with a multi-prong solution that addressed the problem.

Unfortunately, the following summer, we had condensation in one area of the ducts Vito didn’t wrap the previous summer. We were concerned that this was going to cost us even more money. But, we called Vito and they sent someone out right away to take a look. They fixed the problem same day and didn’t charge us for the additional work.

Tom and his team were smart and professional, and they stood by their original work and promise to fix the problem.

Great experience with Vito Services. They’re always professional, on time, and easy to work with. The technicians explain everything clearly and the service is very reliable. Definitely recommend!

Scheduling was easy, and the new text based updates on technician arrival status was a great feature. Bertrand was extremely professional and provided an excellent winter tune-up for our home heating system. He thoroughly covered all of the standard maintenance items and provided expert insights on the need for chemical cleaning of our blower assembly (which was likely many years overdue) without a hard sell approach. As a member of VITO’s VIP program, we realized $200 in savings for this additional service item!

HIGHLY recommend this company and their service plan! Zoila responded so fast when our HVAC gave out (because of course that happened as soon as it got cold at night), and she ensured a technician got a hold of us within 20 minutes and Nolan and Jaso called us and figured out the problem over the phone/facetime. In other words - problem solved quickly and pleasantly. Thank you, guys!!

Editing this to add another review for their plumbing work! Connor is FANTASTIC! He came out to repair a pipe that was installed before we got our home, identified the issue, was great with communicating to solve the problem, and ultimately fixed a huge headache of a plumbing issue for a tub/pipes. Thank you!!

VITO service technician Scott came promptly and replaced the Gas Valve, trying to meet the gas stove to prevent fire. Suggested us for other needed repairs. After the completion of the good work, we found VITO has the licensed WSSC plumbers, they assisted us in the tedious procedures to get WSSC stove approval. They got and submitted the WSSC permit, and finally got the WSSC approval for us. They always assisted us with no hesitation, understood the procedures, and answered our calls and solved the problems with momentary notice. Thank you so much!

Bertrand was timely, professional and explained the necessary repairs and the cost before any repairs were done. He distinguished between the repair I needed immediately and the repair that could be done later. He showed me the failed part ans a screenshot of the reading that indicated it was failing. All in advance of a heavy snowstorm and prolonged period of cold temps. Thank you!

I had an old broken garbage disposal and called Vito Services to replace it. Bobby Issacs the service tech was absolutely WONDERFUL. He was personable and very knowledgeable and took care of removing and disposing of the old & installation of the new . I highly recommend Vito Services and Bobby!

Bobby from Vitto Services did a great job fixing the Kohler tap! Very professional, and providing good advice on other issues.

TheTechnician, Mr. Villalobos, was very professional. He found the issue in short order and was able to correct it. As it turns out, it was something we did! Vito did not charge an "emergency dispatch fee", in spite of it being a Sunday, because we are signed up for a "VIP" package.
