We had an incredible experience with DMV Waterproofing. On the very first day in our new home, we discovered a flooded basement due to heavy snowmelt. It was incredibly stressful—especially since we were still living out of state and hadn’t even moved in yet.
DMV Waterproofing responded quickly and took immediate action. They thoroughly dried the floors and then waterproofed the entire exterior wall with impressive speed and precision. Their attention to detail was outstanding, and they clearly take pride in doing the job right.

The basement smelled musty before, but after waterproofing and installing drainage, it
smells fresh now. The work was done professionally.

After installing the French drain, water stopped pooling in the yard and the basement stayed dry. Took a few days but was worth it.

Found some cracks in the foundation and called them. They patched the cracks and put in an interior drainage system. Seems to be working fine.

Our crawl space used to get really damp but they installed a liner and a drainage system. The difference is crazy, no more mold smell or wetness.

So we had this problem with water coming in during heavy rains. They came out, put in a sump pump and sealed up some cracks in the basement walls. Took a couple days but they were pretty quick. Price was fair too. The basement’s dry now, fingers crossed it stays that way.

Whenever it rains, part of my carpet and baseboard is wet at the corner of my fireplace. I called DMV Waterproofing LLC, Maryland since they were endorsed by Bull Run Kitchen and Bath, Manassas for waterproofing and basement leaks. Oscar and his team arrived on time and did an excellent job. Alten came to supervise the work. Oscar kept me informed and explained everything thoroughly. Oscar constantly supervised his crew. Everyone was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. They dug eight feet below the ground to where the foundation of my townhouse is to see and check where the water was coming from. They replaced the bottom pipe that was damaged with a new one and made sure the end of the pipe where water is coming out is placed away from the townhouse. They installed 4 layers of waterproofing and added white gravel rocks in between the soil and installed another pipe connected to the bottom of the gutter to collect the rainwater and made sure the end of the pipe where water is coming out is placed away from the townhouse. They even worked late one day to try to finish the job since it was always raining the whole week. I am very satisfied with their workmanship and professionalism. I highly recommend DMV Waterproofing LLC, Maryland to handle any of your basement and/or foundation water problems. They are a company you can trust and their warranty gives you and others piece of mind that their work will be done right or backed up over time by the warranty.

Finally waterproofed after years of ignoring the problem. They did a solid job and didn’t oversell extras. Happy with results.
