Great experience overall! Jane was very responsive and professional throughout the quoting and booking process. The team showed up on time and did a fantastic job cleaning. They also wore masks and shoe coverings while in the house. I would highly recommend using Star Maids for any and all of your cleaning needs!

I'm usually very picky but Star Maids has exceeded my expectations! Great rates for the level of service. Always does a great job on my wood floors. Unlike other services we've used, they clean our fan blades, change our sheets and thoroughly scrub our bathroom every. single. time.

Jane and her hard-working crew of star maids have come to our rescue on more than one occasion, providing excellent service on short notice. After asking around we chose the star maids company to clean the house we rent out when a family we know in the military highly recommended them. We knew that our detail-oriented friends would be satisfied with nothing less than fastidious, thorough cleaning and sure enough star maids came through. We found them extremely accommodating with regard to our difficult schedule, attentive and responsible in their work, and highly professional in every way. Jane is both personable and helpful and it is always a pleasure dealing with her. We plan on working with the star maids company going forward and recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for a company that will bend over backwards to satisfy the needs of the customer. By the way, we especially like the fact that they offer a non-toxic, green cleaning service which fits our lifestyle and concerns perfectly.

I found Jane and Star Maids after we hired another service that didn't do a great job. From the first time they cleaned, they did an AMAZING job. Cleaned things I wouldn't have even thought to clean. We used Star Maids for years and all of the ladies (we loved Roseli!) were so kind, punctual and amazing with my kids (even when my 3 y/o would "help" them). We recently moved to SC and they did our move out clean, our house looked completely new when they were done. Honest, efficient and affordably priced. I can't recommend them enough!

The ladies did an excellent job deep cleaning our home. They worked well together industriously, were polite, and wanted to please. This was a particularly hard job, as we recently moved here and had not cleaned at all. The ladies left the house sparkling and smelling lovely and clean, exceeding expectations.

I am going thru chemo and I was teamed up with star maids. Nicole was so nice with scheduling. And Veronica came to clean. She worked so hard and was so nice. I appreciated her being able to do the things I could not. The house hasn't been this clean in 30 years. I can not recommend them enough. Thank you

I have used Star Maids Cleaning for well over 2 years now. The teams are reliable and thorough and it is easy to communicate back and forth. I have long haired pets which can make cleaning challenging but they always do an amazing job! I highly recommend their services.

I have been using Star Maids for a few months. I am very picky on how things are done in my house and have gone through a few services that I didn't like. Star Maids has exceeded my expectations. My house is always sparkling clean when they leave and smells so good. The cleaners are so friendly and nice. I am able to send a text when I need to skip a cleaning or just have a question and get a prompt reply.

I have used Star Maids for over a year. They are by far the most consistent cleaning company I have ever used. It has been the same crew and the same standard of service- which is PHENOMENAL. They dependably come at the same time for each service as well. I can tell that they care for my things with special touches like arranging my sons' stuffed animals in fun ways or a new way to fold towels. They are very communicative via text or email and I enjoy the autopay option for ease.
Definitely the best thing I did for myself and my family!

I met Star Maids through Cleaning for a Reason organization. As a Breast Cancer Survivor and single Mama, I appreciated everything they did in my home! There is nothing better than the smell of clean! They were super nice and quality of clean is very good! Very punctual, courteous and professional.
