Would definitely recommend them! Danny was extremely informative, in touch and on time! Also if you have children, Danny was great with my very curious and talkative 4 yr old. They were here for a simple inspection service on our furnace but it was the best experience we've had with a company. Good and reasonable pricing with additional benefits when becoming a customer as well.

I have used Ambient for several years now, at three different houses I have owned. My old two houses were a boiler and my new house is forced air. I feel that they are fair, thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, and are able to schedule you easily with some flexibility. The owner (I think it is the owner) is very responsive and wants the customers to be satisfied. I highly recommend them.

My aged heat pump started having issues last June, and it finally gave out and had to be replaced in January. From the knowledgable lady on the phones helping with my decision, the techs that did previous service calls, to the installation tech, to a final system check by Bryan the owner, this is a great company to do business with. I’ve been using Ambient in all my personal and professional properties for years. Never had a problem. They show up when they say they are going to and don’t leave until the job is done. Quality work at reasonable rates. What more can you ask for.

Ambient came out to service my system after 3.5 years from install. Eddie was professional and efficient with his task. He explained to me about their maintenance plan and got me hooked up. Glad I called them back.

I had 3 estimates but Bryan was the only one to address my needs. I was looking for a more efficient system and he noticed my returns were blocked. He addressed it but installing a new return along with a new efficient system.

Henry was awesome and found an issue with a wire touching a drive shaft and causing the circuit to short. He was super friendly and even walked me through step by step how he fixed the system!

This company is our go to now for heat-A/C work. This is our second time purchasing from them. Our main heat pump has been working flawlessly since being installed and now we have had a mini split installed. They were on time, professional, courteous, did great work and finished faster than expected. We recommend them to friends who are looking for this type of work. We also called them for an issue, they showed up promptly and provided great service and had us back up and running in no time. Their technicians are friendly and knowledgeable.

Our heating unit was having some issues and they got a technician (Eddie) out to us quickly. He was a complete professional, straightforward about the problem and possible solution, and prompt.

I had a leak coming from my air filter location, and they diagnosed that a clogged pipe was causing the issue. They resolved it for me in a timely manner.

Ambient’s technician, Andrew, was very courteous and professional. He diagnosed the issue and informed me the office would be soon be contacting me with a repair estimate. He let me know that the HVAC unit was still under the manufacturer’s warranty on parts and that the forthcoming repair estimate would include only the labor necessary to effect the repair. I am currently awaiting receipt of the estimate.
