Would recommend Rocky to anyone! On the coldest day ever our heat went out and the first thing I thought was how would I keep my baby warm.
I called Rocky at 6 am and the technician was here before 9. He was thorough, polite, knowledgeable, and a true life saver. Less than three hours later and we have heat again and I was pleasantly surprised at their pricing.

Rocky fixed my AC in the middle of the night and on a Sunday! Outstanding Customer Service and very reasonable prices! He is the best, you can count on him! I recommend him 100% he will show up and get the job done! You can trust him!

This company responded quick and provided fair quote, so I picked them for my townhouse HVAC System replacement.
It was very easy to schedule with them with a short notice. 3 people showed up in the morning and finished everything before the end of day.
I watched how they did and very happy with them.
I am glad I picked this company over others.
I will add more update later and see how it goes with my 2 years labor warranty.

They came over with 2 hrs to fix our air conditioner. They were polite, professional, and the most economical. They were straight forward and fixed it quickly. I would definitely use them in the future.

I love their app - tell you when someone arrives, updates as someone heads over, etc.

We had a late-night issue with our AC system and Rocky came out that same night (when all other services I called had a wait time of days). He capably diagnosed the problem, found the part shortly thereafter, and then returned to replace it. Now, it's working great. He was not only professional, but also friendly and very courteous. He's also incredibly responsive via text and phone, and always called to let us know he was on the way. He has my highest recommendation!

2021-09 - UPDATE: Another excellent service call. My thermostat had a error code. Turns out the capacitor died. I called Rocky and within minutes, Love happened to be in the area and showed up to quickly assess and solve the problem. Thank you again!
2020-12 - UPDATE: Rocky HVAC just performed the annual maintenance on our HVAC. I appreciate the responsiveness, thoroughness, and quality of care. We have better peace of mind with our system now. We plan to use Rocky HVAC for all our HVAC needs.Thanks again.
2020-08 - I called Rocky HVAC to review an existing system and quote for adding a second unit on our Severn Home. Rocky was prompt, professional and easy to work with. I was very impressed with his attention to detail. I will definitely use Rocky HVAC for my HVAC needs. Thank you for the quick response and service call.

I recently received service from Rocky HVAC and although their repairs did not completely fix my issues, they do guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. Rocky the owner directly contacted me and offered to send out another tech ASAP or a complete refund. I went with the refund as I already hired another company.

PROS:
Customer service was great and techs were very polite and COVID conscious as they wore mask the entire time even in the blazing Maryland sun.

Owner is very friendly and helpful and reach out to me. He cares so much about the customer and reach out to follow up his company crew work and customer's satisfaction. I called this company again to fix the problem. On time arrival, friendly and reasonable price. This company has done a fantastic job. Thank you Rocky.

We have maintenance plan with BLUEDOT and when it’s not cooling Bluedot said my only options are to replace it for $13,000. I said I will take second opinion and call them back
In few hours Bluedot called me said they will discount the price to $9,900 if I take it right then and there. But I said let me call back. And next day morning they called me and said they will further discount it to $8,500 ( $13,000 to $8,500 in 12 hours )
One of my neighbor said about Rocky HVAC and I called. RAJAN came and looked and said HVAC unit is working fine and he tightened all wires and said only need to replace motor in wind controlled and charged less than $1,000 and it’s working fine

PLEASE AVOID BIG COMPANIES and support small local businesses and I found Rocky HVAC as one of the best the way they rep des and took care of the problem

The technician Mohammed came out the same night, diagnosed the problem, and had my unit work in 7 minutes, no exaggeration. There was no additional for after hour service call fee, and how fast he had it working was amazing.
I hope I don't have any other surprises with the A/C this summer or any other, but if I do, Rocky will be the first company I call, right after my insurance...lol

Amazing, Affordable, and Fast service! I called the morning of May 24th, 2019 and Love (our technician) came out by 2:40 pm. Our system was completely frozen and could not be worked on at that specific time, so he had to leave and come back. He was back by 5:30 it took 20-30 minutes to fix the issue! Love was knowledgeable, fast, and extremely understanding. We definitely will be using Rocky again!

Rocky preform services on my whole families properties. Rocky gives the best services. We didn't have any a/c today and the tech came out twice and I was charged the best rate. I was scared that I would get over charged but he was honest and told me everything during the process.

Rocky and his crew installed a mini split in my garage. The install was performed exceptionally well; everything is ran and dressed cleanly. Communication from initial call, to the estimate and the installation was timely and concise. The crew knocked out the install in around 4 hours and they cleaned up the area after the work was completed.
This was probably the best experience I've had with a contractor and I would recommend Rocky HVAC to my friends.

Best experience. Outstanding responsiveness, reliability, and quality of work. We have a grocery and meat shop, with 5 walkin freezers, more than two dozen floor freezers and coolers, and a shopping area, all of which need to be kept at the right temperature around the clock, every day in the heat of summer and cold of winter. We have had and constantly have problems with freezers and AC parts stopping to work or getting damaged. And we lose inventory or have unhappy customers if problems are not fixed immediately.

We tried several other HVAC companies. But never received the professionalism that we have received from Rocky. For the past many months since we found Rocky, the peace of mind of knowing our large investment and customers are kept safe and happy has been priceless. They respond to any call or message literally within minutes if not immediately. And come to our place within hours or by the next day as needed. And we know problems will be solved in best way possible, at very reasonable prices. We have had the best experience and peace of mind with them.

First of all, we moved into a house that was already nine years old and had some issues with the attic heat pump unit, as it had a leaking evaporator unit over the years. And finally gave out, and broke down in January 2022, our coldest winter yet. Our heating bill rose to $785 for gas and electric for nearly 2 months in a row and we reached out to a wide variety of companies including this one, and there was no other place to go then with Rocky and his staff! Not only did he allow us to buy The unit of our own choice, he gave us full recommendations on which one was best, and we settled on a very solid unit that has been quite impressive over the last year so far. The most impressive element of his service is that his crew is responsive, coming back within an hour of one call we had we’re all we needed was a slight adjustment to the footings outside. We would recommend them to anyone, and it also is icing on the cake that his residence is only 2 miles away from us.
