Had a wonderful experience with the crew from Thomas E. Clark. Excellent communication. Highly Efficient. Delightful disposition. They KNOW their craft. Treated my home as if it were their home. Couldn’t have asked for better specialist/experts/craftsmen.

I hired Thomas E Clark's HVAC division to come inspect and maintain my A/C unit. The technician, Roberto, arrived promptly and with good communication. During the maintenance, Roberto patiently explained what he was checking for and what he found every step of the way. He was extremely patient with me as I asked him to repeat and re-explain things to me and to explain what the names of specific components of the A/C system were and what they were doing. He also did extra cleaning and tweaks to improve the system and was very friendly and conversational during the visit.

Roberto ultimately went above and beyond in every aspect of the A/C maintenance and advised me on future potential problems. I also had a pleasant experience on the phone with the scheduling employees. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone asking.

Mr. Daz and his team did an awesome job replacing lead pipes. His team was professional and polite. They made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. I added the burlap over the straw because the birds were having way too much fun snatching my grass seeds😂. Great job Thomas E Clark Inc!!!!

This was a follow-up visit to fix a problem that the first visit technical (Time, I believe) unsucccessfully diagnosed. The second technician immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem. Had the first technician been sufficiently knowledgeable, I would not have had to pay for a second visit. having to pay for two visits when one should have sufficed leaves me a bit disgruntled. You should have technician #2 educate technician #1.

They did a great job adding a mixer valve and a water heater expansion tank to my water heater. They were very knowledgeable and friendly, and they were able to diagnose and fix the problem all in one visit.

Thomas E Clark provided outstanding customer service replacing my boiler unit. My experience was fantastic from the moment I scheduled the initial estimate. Thereafter, Warren provided a detailed explanation about the issues with my current boiler and shared insights on what my options were without pressuring me to utilize Thomas E Clark. The installation was completed by Dean and Iver. They were polite, professional, followed safety protocols, and took pride in the quality of their work. The professionalism and installation of the boiler exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend Thomas E Clark to others.

The service representative arrived right on time, and took care of a number of faucet and toilet leak problems, some requiring installation of new hardware. The repairman was efficient and able to answer questions I had about the repairs. The helpfulness of office staff as I scheduled the service visit was a benefit as well. I will definitely recommend the company to neighbors and friends.

I used the team to complete a lead pipe replacement program for DC. The crew was professional, very friendly and respectful of my property. They showed me photos and were able to complete the job quickly. I would highly recommend them, thanks to Daz and his crew!

Highly recommend without reservation. From start to finish the entire team did not miss a beat. They were all very professional, timely, extremely hardworking and took great pride in their work. They dug through 6-feet of extremely rocky packed soil to replace a water pipe and the temps outside were hot!

I want to commend the team you sent to my house on Sept 3, 2024 to help me satisfy DC's Lead Pipe Replacement Assistance Program (LPRAP) requirements. Daz Carter, Kevon Carter, and Marcel Ramos demonstrated all the qualities that give me a great customer experience. They arrived at the time we had scheduled, were courteous and, professional. Most importantly, they thoroughly understood the intricacies of the LPRAP and were able to explain it to me in non-technical terms. Fortunately, after several hours of back-breaking excavation, we found as it turned out, the water service pipes going into my house were copper, not lead, so we didn't have to replace them! After several more hours they replaced the dirt and mulch in the flower garden in the front on my house so it looked like they had never been disturbed.

I hope you can find some way to recognize Daz, Kevon, and Marcel. They are great ambassadors of Thomas E. Clark and I can certainly understand why your company has been in business for so many years and why your outstanding reputation precedes you.

Our natural gas boiler needed to be replaced in the middle of winter. They sent a team that was able to do the job quickly and efficiently - during a snowstorm no less! There were a couple of needed tweaks after which they handled professionally and quickly.

I had called a different plumbing company that was having dispatching issues and tried to send two different plumbers who didn’t show up after waiting several hours. My neighbor had this company over to their house coincidentally fixing a drain issue. I asked the plumber if he could look at my drain when done and he fit me in. I had tried to snake the drain myself but couldn’t get past the block. This plumber was able to snake the drain, and used an apparatus he fixed to my hose to test the drain after snaking it. He was thorough and precise and tested it for a while til he was satisfied with its ability to drain. He also told me my drain is flat under the ground and suggested rebuilding it at an angle if I wanted to prevent the same issue from occurring.

Thomas E Clark and the lead pipe replacement team led by Das did a superb job from start to finish! Despite some serious complications along the way, the team did an expert job in minimizing the impact of the challenges and left our front yard in great shape despite all of the necessary digging! Thanks very much for a job very well done!!

Thomas E Clark solved our gas conector line problem efficiently. I am very satisfied with the service, also I payed a very decent price for the service. Watch out for other “plumbers” charging insane amount of money and has no license.

I called Thomas Clark at 7am and by 7:15am I received a call from Lexie. She was friendly and so helpful. She had a technician out to my home within 1.5 hrs! Brian was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done (a simple fix needed) and was done in 20 min. Brian was so pleasant and did an excellent job. I highly recommend Clark HVAC and plumbing!!

Air conditioned stopped working on a 96 degree day. Despite heavy demand they were able to get to me quickly. Diagnosed problem and had it fixed in 45 minutes.

The workers for Thomas E. Clark came to my home early in the morning and finished the project in two days. The workers were very professional and explained everything to me while they worked. They also cleaned up after themselves when the job was done.

I'm very satisfied with the work and I highly recommend this company to friends and family.

The plumber who fixed two of our toilets was not only competent and efficient, but he explained what he was doing in clear terms. He was also pleasant on a personal level. In addition, it was easy to make an early appointment for the work. We have used Thomas E. Clark for years -- new furnace last year, for example -- and have found them capable and consistent. Their prices are not out of line with others in the business, which is not to say cheap. We have no complaints.

I have used Thomas Clark over the years for plumbing, a/c and heating system work. They are always professional and do great work. They do what they say they will do and when they say they will do it. The team they sent to replace the old lead incoming water pipe to my house was great. They even did a great job cleaning up after having to dig a hole in the yard to find the pipe. On top of that the entire crew was courteous and nice to deal with. The office was great too, getting the permit process expedited and keeping me informed. The best service in the area.

I inherited a home from my father last year, because of his age and diminishing mobility, he had not able to maintain things as he would have liked, so there was much work needed to update A/C, Heating and plumbing. After getting several estimates, I hired Thomas E Clark to install new heating and A/C systems, they did a brilliant and thorough job. They recently helped me with a plumbing issue, they came out the same day, assessed and released the blockage, all within a few hours. I am grateful to them for making things easier during this difficult time. Highly Recommend!

We had a difficult leak because (1) the water was onlly apparent far from the actual pinhole in the pipe and (2) the leak stopped when the main water was shut *but* the leak would only reappear 45 minutes after turning the main water back on. The TE Clark plumber was persistent in finding the leak and did an excellent repair in a tight location with minimal dry wall removal.
