The technician Mama Khawlhring from Len the Plumber was very professional and quick repair a runn8ng toilet. He came well within the arrival window and was finished within 30 minutes or so. I’m very happy with this company and technician.

Kyle Wingate at Len the Plumber did a great job finding and fixing a tricky leak for us. Appointment scheduling was easy and they kept to the timelines they promised which was great considering it was a weekend emergency call. I recommend them without reservation.

Had a wonderful experience with Len the Plumber, specifically Zo. He was respectful, approachable, and timely. He evaluated the problem, discussed the possible options and pricing & worked tirelessly to remove a stuck item from our toilet. Couldn’t recommend the more highly!

I had an excellent experience with Len the Plumber, thanks to Technician Sawma. From start to finish, he did a fabulous job. Not only was he personable and easy to communicate with, but he was also fast, clean, and extremely neat in his work. I’ve had quite a few plumbers work in my home over the years, but none compare to the efficiency, diligence, and professionalism that Sawma demonstrated. He took the time to ensure everything was done right, respected my home by keeping the workspace tidy, and worked with a level of precision that gave me confidence in the quality of the repair. It is rare to find a technician who combines both excellent skill and a personable demeanor, but Sawma exceeded expectations on every level. Len the Plumber is fortunate to have him on their team, and I would not hesitate to recommend both the company and Sawma to anyone in need of plumbing services.

By far, Brian Safrit of Len The Plumber was the most knowledgeable and helpful of the three top plumbing companies we tried. The other two tried to dissuade us from getting the work done because it involves several floors and ingrained piping. Brian took the time to explain why our pipes were corroding (galvanized steel and copper pipes intersecting) and how the repair would best be done. He also fixed the kitchen sink leak. Very knowledgeable, very helpful. 5 stars.

Jesse worked hard to repair a leaking shower drain pipe for us. The job proved difficult but he got it done, as promised. Courteous and communicated well with customer along the way. Great technician.

Lal provided us with A+ service and support. He took the time to understand the issue with our washing machine drain line and directed us to the best solution and ensured we understood the problem and how he was solving it. Fast and friendly service from our tech, Alan. Had a basement pipe spring a leak, and he was able to get everything repaired in under 2 hours. We've also called Len for previous (and more expensive) emergency repairs and would call them again.

**Update on 8/21/24: Thank you, Len the Plumber, for correcting this issue and making it right. A contractor came today and patched the hole around the drain pipe, and they did a great job. I'm pleased, thank you!**

I had a technician come Monday, 8/12, to fix a broken pipe underneath my bathroom sink. While I am very satisfied with the fix and the new plumbing, I am not satisfied with how the appointment unfolded. The technician arrived during the scheduled window at 1:20pm, took 45-60 minutes to return with the quote, upon which he did not knock when entering my condo unit. After agreeing to the quote, he took almost 3 hours to get a part, starting the work in earnest at 5:30pm. I called the main line to get an update as to his whereabouts during that time, but did not receive a call back from the dispatch center. He concluded the work at 7:40pm (totaling about 6.5 hours to do the job). After which, the hole in the back of the vanity around the drain pipe was larger and more pronounced than previously. A blue paper towel was inserted into the space (before and after pictures below). I would appreciate a call back from Len the Plumber and have another technician return to patch the hole around the pipe. Thank you.

Mark Johnson provided the best service that I have experienced in a long time. He was thorough, informative, and very friendly. I was extremely happy with his work and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing services!

This was an awesome experience. We called Len the Plumber regarding a leak and Neal was at our house within an hour. Super professional, approachable and experienced guy. They had everything fixed with a few hours.

My only complaint is that the pricing seems like monopoly pricing. It was over $1600 to stop a leak and replace a toilet flange. I was also quoted over $1000 to install a new toilet. Just too much.

But I guess you get what you pay for. Other than the pricing, the whole experience was first class.

Ruben did a great job installing our new kitchen faucet. His service was efficient and he was professional and knowledgeable. He even offered to check our hot water heater. Would love to have him service our home again.

Excellent service. The problem was more challenging than I thought but our tech (Jesse) stayed calm and fixed it easily. He was also great interacting with my toddler, who was super curious about what was going on and wanted to help.

I had a bad clogg in my home. My system was backed up from the main sewage lined. I called Len the Plumber and they were at my home less than 2 hours. Absolutely wonder. If you every have an emergency due to plumbing, please try this company.

Great experience with Mike. He was no nonsense and didn’t try to sell me services I didn’t need. Knocked out the garbage disposal installation in about an hour and everything works great! I have a small kitchen and it’s tough to get reliable help sometimes so I was very grateful for the work! I will for sure be recommending Mike and Len the Plumber to others in my condo building.

Mark was on time, explained everything he was going to do, completed installation in a timely manner. He was pleasant and knowledgeable, took old heater with him and left area clean. Very impressed and appreciative for his service on a holiday…

It was very quick (same day) and very professional (courteousness). Our technician (Dinpuia) even helped me clear some snow from my driveway as I was struggling to do so after the recent storm. Really couldn’t ask for better as our sink was clogged and we had no way to wash anything in the midst of a major winter storm. We are very grateful for the service.

The team did a great job, we called at 1pm on a Friday and within a couple hours they were able to come out. They did a thorough job of describing the issue, price, and solution. It took a couple hours for the pipe installation and snaking of our main pipe. I would highly recommend the LEN plumbing team.
