I had a very nice experience dealing with this company. I really appreciate Tom for his time and efforts in dealing with the insurance company. I am writing this review almost three months after our roof replacement and so far we have not seen any issue with the new roof despite a few inclement weather events. I strongly recommend this company for roofing projects.

Apex team is very professional and we had excellent communication throughout. My house presented major challenges as it is surrounded by metal and boxwood natural fencing. There is a brick wall on the way too. On the day of the installation, they had to hand carry the materials from the parking lot to the roof because the delivery truck could not get close enough to my house. This effort added time to the job, I would estimate over an hour more but they did it in one day. I like their safety measures, they worked on my place just before the heavy winter weather started. I do recommend them; in fact, friends have had them work on their properties too.

Tom and the crew were wonderful to work with. Tom even met with the Insurance Company even though we were denied. He was patient with me
as my health has been a concern and made me feel at ease. Always responded right away. He truly went above and beyond and even helped his Team clean up the yard as he inspected the work.
Price was fair and deserving. Thanks guys!

I have been in construction for 40 years and I am not easily impressed. The entire crew was awesome from prep work, demo, installation and most of all clean up. When they were finished you would never know they were here besides our beautiful new roof and gutters. The customer service was 5 star as well, something that is missing with a lot of companies. Keep up the great work gentlemen and thank you.

Top notch service from beginning to end - Tom and Apex Roofing quickly assessed the state of my roof, and then helped guide and advise us as to what we should do next. They were there every step of the way as we upgraded and replaced our roof, and they did so in a stress-free fashion that made our job feel like a priority. Would highly recommend to others.

This business was great to work with for installation of my new roof and I absolutely recommend. I have only pros to talk about below.
Pros:
1. Very responsive through email with free quotes, questions, and even sent me a packet in the mail with samples of shingles and colors. Gave me quotes for varying warranty timeframes, which provided a range of prices and was able to accommodate the long wait with getting approval from my HOA.
2. prices are very reasonable.
3. delivered shingles to the roof the day before delivery. did not block garage access for my car, which was a huge plus! Even sent me a reminder email the day before, so that I would remember.
4. Finished roof in one day. Cleaned up VERY well. Even removed existing leaves from my property and laid a tarp down over my deck. Left no mess. Even warned my neighbors that there would be noise for that day.
5. provided many before/after pics to include drone pics.
6. owner was very professional and onsite the entire time during installation.
7. roof warranty was promptly provided after installation of roof.

Tom is professional, respectful, and honest. His crew is the same. When the crew left our house, they cleaned up every nail and shingle from the removal. It was like they were never here. I hear so many stories of roofing nails left in driveways and popped tires after a new roof goes on, but they truly spent time on trying to remove them all. That’s very appreciated! All in all, you get what you pay for.

Highly qualified specialists who replaced my roof. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Apex. The were professional, courteous and gave me an honest price well below competitors. I love my beautiful new roof. Would highly recommend.

We have used Apex on numerous projects and they are as good as it gets. Tom is a top notch, honorable guy and will make sure the job is done right. The crew showed up on time, worked hard, and were friendly if you have questions while they are working. Very well run business!!

Tom was amazing from start to finish. I was initially just trying to get a quote to replace the roof out of pocket since our roof was a bit older, but when he inspected it he advised we did have storm related damage that the insurance might cover in part or in full. We filed the claim and our insurance ended up covering the full replacement of the roof we only had to pay our deductible out of pocket. Tom was friendly, easily accessible for questions, thorough, and honestly just provided top notch service that far exceeded my expectations. His team was on time, friendly, and cleaned up everything after they were done. It’s been about a week or so since the work was done and we have yet to stumble upon any nails or other roof materials. I would definitely recommend Apex to anyone in the market for a repair or replacement!

Hands down, the best vendor I have had the pleasure of working with. Tom was my point of contact and was absolutely great. The initial consultation was quick and very professional with detailed drone pictures of my roof showing any damage and accurate dimensions for price comparisons.

APEX was able to squeeze me in quickly and had the whole roof replaced within one day. Pricing was VERY competitive for the product and level of service I received. I am loving the look of our new roof.

Tom's crew took great care of the surrounding area and plants. Immediately keeping the refuge at bay and not blowing around the neighborhood. Amazing attention to detail and love the little "extras" like lifetime rubber vent boots and painting the attic fan cover and heater vent black to blend into the black shingles I chose for our roof.

I would not hesitate to refer Tom and APEX Roofing to our friends and neighbors.
