Great company I mean great company. Went through a few other companies that were not as direct and definitely not as honest. They Redid our fascia for us and a side of our roof that was hit by branches from a previous storm. They were completely direct , fast and cleaned up absolutely everything at the end of the job. Left no nails in the grass like a previous company who did insurance work for us. I would definitely reuse them for any other roofing or siding repairs.

I used Castro Roofing to repair leaks in two different locations. On each instance, Armando responded to my call and surveyed the leaks before making the repairs and submitting a quote. I like how Armando communicated the extent of the problem and repair of the leaks. On each occasion , the diagnosis was correct and repairs completed consistent with the quote and repair plan. Most importantly, the team came on time and stayed until the repairs were completed. He also contacted me after subsequent rainstorms to verify the continual success of the repairs. I would use Castro Roofing again and highly recommend his services to other owners.

Hands down the best experience I have had with a roofing company. I was terrified of the large potential costs roofing companies could levy on me given my lack of roofing knowledge. I had a great experience with Castro Roofing DMV. I meet with three different roofing companies and their estimates fell in the middle. The attention to detail and knowledge about the job sold me immediately with Castro. They invested a lot of time in the job even before I decided to go with the company. Not only was the work of the highest quality, I felt we were collaborating on my house in a meaningful way. Communication was consistent and reliable throughout the process. We have had a lot of work done since purchasing the home and I will definitely be using Castro Roofing in the future!

I had a great experience with Castro roofing. Contacted 3 different companies for a fairly simple job removing and AC unit from a roof and changing gutters. Other companies tried to make it more complicated to get more money out of it. I had my doubts about Castro roofing because they did not have as many reviews, but Alfredo was great, they called me the same day I submitted the estimate request, came the following day to check on the job, that same day I got the estimate, as soon as we were ready to move forward they scheduled us right away. They were quick, careful and clean while doing the work. They did an amazing job. Highly recommend them.

Just want to share my sincere gratitude for Alfredo's above and beyond support. We woke up yesterday in a really tough situation with a roof/roof patio leak in our townhouse that was going through all four levels, and the company who installed the roof patio said they couldn't come out for another 48 hours. Meanwhile, water was coming through the walls and filling buckets in our living room. Everything we tried wasn't working and were desperate for help, so I just started calling roofers near me. Alfredo was the 5th roofer I called and the first to say he could do a same day visit. He was over within the hour and immediately deduced the problem. He cautioned me he shouldn't fix it because it might void the warranty from the original installers, but he provided guidance on what to do to in the meantime, and we were able to temporarily stop the leak until the original installers can come look at it. His care and attention to quality and service is something I rarely experience these days. Alfredo totally saved us, thank you, Alfredo!

The roofing was great, and I'll keep my comments below. But there turned out to be some damage done to my HVAC system while they were installing the roof (a clear roofing nail in the Freon). I asked for Castro Roofing to submit it to their insurance for review. They've largely ignored me and my requests. I'm quite disappointed, because I had liked the company and people that worked there.

Castro Roofing was professional and accommodating. They took the time to explain options and benefits of different solutions. They didn't nickel and dime me and instead provided details so I could make informed decisions. The roof looks great. The team was considerate and quick, with an attention to quality that was apparent in the types of questions they asked me about the installation.

Did not show up for an appointment and did not call. Unreliable
