I was having trouble with my heat going past the set point. Mike responded very quickly after I let him know about it and even came to my house the morning after a snow storm. The problem was fixed right away and my thermostat is working perfectly again.

Our heat went out this week when it was 15 degrees outside. Mike came out within 15 minutes of the phone call even though it was 7 pm to diagnose the problem. He didn't have the parts to fix it right there but he was able to get our heat pump to supply a little bit of heat over night. He got the parts and came back and fixed the heater the very next day before noon. I would definitely recommend him.
