Bob Chason's team installed our HVAC system when our home was built almost 20 years ago. When it came time to replace it, we went back to Chason Service Engineers since they had the experience and knew what was needed for our home. They have been our service team the entire time and have performed outstanding work and support every time.

Chason Service Engineers has been my go to recommended HVAC contractor to all of my real estate clients, friends and family. They are honest, professional and experienced. They know what they are doing. Highly recommend!

This is my first time using Chason and I am very pleased. I called them to get a second opinion when another company gave me a very expensive repair quote that would have ultimately led to me buying a new unit. Chason was able to come the next morning (I called them late afternoon). The technician diagnosed the correct problem and had it fixed in a few hours for $600. The other company said a different part was the issue at it would cost $4900 to fix.

D’Andre arrived on time and started his inspection immediately. He was vey polite and pleasant as well as professional. He did need to leave briefly to purchase the correct filter for our system. Prior to his completion he explained the inspection and found everything to be in good working order &suggested we chance the filter every 3 months. He requested my signature on 2 documents and continued being professional on his departure from our unit making my experience with him very pleasant!!

We have been working with Chason Service Engineers for over 10 years.
As part of our service policy, we have a semi-annual checkup. Steve R. just completed our checkup. He was courteous, prompt and professional.
He patiently answered all my questions.

Cory is a true professional. He was kind enough to be sure I knew how to work with my complicated thermostat. His 24 year career with Chasen works very well to my benefit. Cory is kind and personable.

We were having issues with our older units, so we called Chason Services. Unfortunately they were unable to repair the unit due to unavailable parts.They replaced our old unit with a new one. They were very professional and reliable. We were very satisfied with the work and clean up. We would definitely recommend their services to anyone!

Have used Chason for 20 years. Owner Bob Chason is an exceptionally kind person. The team that services our heat pump is thorough and trustworthy. We most recently had Juri. He was great and explained the workings of our heat pump really well.

Chason is the best HVAC contractor I have ever dealt with. Expect prompt service, nice technicians that know their stuff and friendly service. They are really the best to call if you need HVAC, dryer vents cleaned, or just repairs. I mean it!

I had an amazing experience with Chason Services. My AC Unit finally died after 20 Years and of course it was in the middle of the Summer. Rob Brown had a Crew at my house the same day to diagnose the problem and within a day we had a brand new AC Unit. Not only was the Service Fast and Professional the Price was right. They could have tried to upsell me to a Heating Unit as well but instead said I probably had a few good years left and serviced the Heating Unit at no additional cost. I would recommend this company to anyone who has Heating and Air Conditioning needs!

Tim and his assistant did a quick, clean, and thorough job today. They even took some time to help us make some adjustments. Both were plesant and friendly. They did a great job.

Got a quote over the phone and they stuck to it on the job. Price was very fair and below local competitors. It was a relatively costly job--replacing air handler coil. Crew went about their work and cleaned up afterward. Tim and Matt were very friendly and happy to explain everything.

Our air conditioning broke and we were able to schedule an appointment the next day. They fixed the unit that afternoon. I was so happy I wanted to kiss the technician but he suggested I leave a review instead. Very pleased with the service!
