I discovered Got Ductless while shopping online for a DIY mini split. I didn’t visit the showroom, but still received excellent service with my online order. When I first placed my order, I realized there was an error with the shipping address and emailed them right away. I received a response within an hour (even though it was after business hours) and they fixed it right away for me. In addition, when I called with a question about expected delivery time frame for my order, they promptly followed up with the manufacturer (since the mini split was shipping directly from their warehouse) and messaged me back, also within an hour. I received my mini split at the corrected shipping address without issue and in excellent condition. Will definitely use them again if we have any other ductless a/c needs!

Best experience ever! We bought six (yes, six!) Mitsubishi units from Got Ductless over the course of the last couple years. Shopping is easier than Amazon. Delivery is perfectly quick. The one time an inside ductless unit came with a small dent to the plastic cover due to shipping damage, they immediately exchanged it. (And if it were now, I would not bother with the exchange, but I was new to the a/c world then). They have excellent support. The one time the controller would not connect to my unit, they talked my installer through every step, and stayed on it until everything worked. Got Ductless turned the usually scary thing of shopping for a/c into a pleasant, joyful experience. Go buy your a/c from them now, you'll thank me later.
