Steven Zhang arrived on time, worked on diagnosing the issue with our HVAC system, advised us on the repair, and completed the task. He was pleasant and thorough. Also, Leah, the company receptionist was most courteous in responding to our need. Overall, very professional!

Josh did an outstanding job today! This was out first tuneup appointment with SuperTech. Our neighbor has used them for years and finally got us on board. He was very easy going and detected the problem and fixed it quickly.

Robert did great work and was very respectful and friendly!

My 20 year old AC finally decided to retire over the weekend. With the temperature hitting 100 we were in absolute panic mode. I made phone calls to several local HVAC contractors on Sunday and SuperTech was among the few that responded quickly. Mike showed up the next morning. He was very polite and professional, thoroughly inspected my house and answered all my questions. He presented the proposal to install a new system with several options. Although I am very surprised at the price tag, I decided to go with this contractor. Mike also installed temporary window units in my house before the new system can be installed. Two days later, Kyle and another technician showed up around 8 am to install the new system. Both were very friendly and professional. Kyle was very knowledgeable and patiently explained the steps to install the new system. He also answered all my questions during the process. It was a super hot day inside and out but these folks had the new system up and running by 2 pm. The whole process was smooth and trouble-free. I am glad to have chosen SuperTech as my HVAC contractor and appreciate their excellent services.

We only saw them when they arrived and again when they left. They were quiet and polite. We didn't see their work.

Efficient and effective services with easy to schedule appointments when you need them. All of the technicians have been very kind and helpful. Today we had Affonso come to our home due to a new / loud sound coming from our HVAC. He was able to diagnose and fix our problem, and he had great customer service!

We had an issue with our Lennox smart thermostat, which prevented the AC from turning on, and the thermostat screen no longer allowed interaction to t-shoot. Another company told us the only option was replacing it with another Lennox model, which was almost $1500. SuperTech looked at the issue, and provided a second option of modifying the wiring, and installing a Nest thermostat, at about half the cost of the Lennox. The tech performed the work quickly, was friendly, and I really valued getting informed advice about our options, rather than just the most expensive option. We ended up with a better solution, for half the price.

Affonso Laurie was a gentleman, kind and patient with his answers, and I learned alot our upkeep on my system from him. I found him to also be professionally proficient, he was able to diagnose the heat pump outside my home in minutes. He's also friendly, I like that. All in all, I give him 5 stars.

Our AC gave out on us right as a major heatwave was beginning, and SuperTech was able to send someone out same day to get us up and running again. Affonso, our tech, was super professional and friendly, explained everything about the fix (blown capacitor), and was just overall exactly who we needed to come in and help.

The folks in their office were also super helpful and patient, really walked us through the initial diagnosis of the problem. These folks are absolutely our new go-to for HVAC problems.

Great experience with SuperTech and Steven. They came through big time when our AC stopped working during this heat wave. They showed up fast and fixed the issue right away. Super knowledgable! If you need reliable AC repair in Timonium, MD, these are the guys to call.

Am so grateful for the professionalism and kindness Steve & Kirby showed today. They were recommended by another HVAC company and I can see why. They understood the issue immediately and found a solution and didn't even charge extra when the work was more than anticipated. Additionally, they pointed out the horrible mold that the previous owner's company (Pipco) had not alerted me to when I had them in to service the units last year. Now I know why my daughter had been sick a lot this year! Can't recommend this company enough. . .

John came out to investigate a buzzing noise in my 2 month old Bosch heat pump. He was very polite, personable and professional. He listened to my concerns and took them seriously. Clearly liked his job and was a people person!
