Henry from Zerodraft did a "home energy audit" of our 120 year old Baltimore row home. I found Henyr's audit and subsequent report to be very thorough and helpful, and I especially appreciated Henry taking the time to explain everything to me as he was conducting the audit. Zerodraft is not trying to sell anything, and as participants in the BGE Energy Star program the audit costs only a fraction of what would normally be charged for such an exhaustive audit. We will immediately act on the audit recommendations, and we look forward to significant energy savings in the near future!

Zerodraft added insulation to my attic and it completely fixed the problem of hot second floor, cool first floor, cold basement! Now at a higher setting (74 degrees) my house is comfortable on all levels, whereas before I had to keep the thermostat as 68 in order to be comfortable on the second floor. Yeah Zerodraft! You saved me money and gave me a good night's sleep.

Great customer service experience. Evan came out to our home and educated us on the process and what steps would be best for us. He was quick with a proposal and answered any questions I had as soon as I had them. We had to pause the project due to unforeseen circumstances, which they were very accommodating to, but all upfront customer service was top notch. Much better than previous contractor experiences.

I was spending a fortune on heating and cooling our home and was becoming increasingly concerned as energy prices continued to escalate. when our old heating system failed, i decided to investigate energy efficient options in an effort to lower our annual heating and cooling costs. Zerodraft performed an energy audit and identified several major issues in our 60 year old home - many of which involved air infiltration. As a result, Zerodraft recommended re-insulating our attic and presented us with several options for consideration. We chose to insulate our attic with an open cell foam product and I can tell you the difference is remarkable. Both Zerodraft and our local utility company performed a post installation energy audits to evaluate the work and the it was the largest improvement either had ever seen. the work was completed in May and I recently compared our utility costs for the past five months relative to the same time period last year and we are spending 50% less. while some of the cost savings are attributable to the new HVAC equipment, it is clear that zerodraft's recommendations were on the money. Zerodraft also did all the paperwork to get me a $2,000 rebate from our utility company. they did a great job, i am very happy and i would highly recommend them.

I’ve used ZeroDraft for two different services now. Previously I received energy efficiency upgrades and advice by one of their top BPI certified installers, Brandon. He was extremely knowledgeable. This time, I reached out to ZeroDraft MD for a spray foam insulation job for my sprinter van. So glad that I chose to do so! I was directed to Mike, their home performance specialist. He was able to answer all of my questions and carried out the job exactly as I had hoped! Pricing was affordable as well. If anyone in Maryland is looking to upgrade to spray foam insulation, This is the place and Mike is your guy!

Professional service and high quality work. Mike came for the home energy assessment, and Manny and his team later on for work I hired them to do (seal air ducts, and install a bathroom exhaust fan). I was pleased beginning to end. They both went out of their way to make sure everything got done correctly and came back when necessary to finish things off, and were very prompt to do so. They had a four person crew for the day’s work, and things went by really well. Very clean even though there was some “dirty” work in the bathroom. Also, when I called the main office, the response and help I got was top notch. Overall, good company and definitely recommended.

Let me start by saying I am a nightmare for most customer service professionals. I'm an actual miser and can count on one finger the times I've actually been happy with some kind of home service that's been provided.

From start to finish, Mike and Manny and the rest of the team at Zerodraft have been an absolute joy to work with. From the respect they treated the interior of our home with, to the actual work completed, they were kind, they listened and they responded to every inane question I had in a very timely manner. The work was originally scheduled for 3 months down the road, but when they said they'd call in case of any cancellations, they actually did, and I was able to get the work completed far sooner than I was originally told.

Also, despite being located outside their usual area for business, they made it work, and showed up exactly when they said they would for 3 days in a row. I don't remember the last time someone actually showed up on time and completed the work in the amount of time they said they would. I'm truly blown away by the professionalism, courtesy, and genuine kindness these folks showed. I very highly recommend the ZeroDraft team for all your home energy conservation needs.

ZeroDraft Maryland replaced the insolation in my attic and added an automatic switch to my bathroom fans for additional air circulation and did a wonderful job. They were polite and efficient. My questions were answered so I could understand everything that was going on. I was told that this work would improve the energy effency of my home and once done and tested their work actually exceed anticipated specs for heating and cooling. Bravo to Zerodraft and their wonderful crew of technicians. I highly reccommend their company. This work was worth every penny.
