Would definitely recommend. They are honest and very knowledgeable. They have completed multiple jobs for my company and I’ve never had a call back. The owner or his son have always been on site and that says a lot. I used them this morning on a job and their honesty saved my customer quite a bit of money. after calling several people to replace the water line on our townhouse Frank was the only one who had both, a reasonable price and a sense of professionalism/know how. he worked with us from NY to get the job done on a timeline that worked for us(not an easy task) he was patient, he was professional and most importantly he did quality work at a fair price

While Sam has not done work for me, he has visited my house and spoken to me over the phone on multiple occasions free of charge and given me honest and thoughtful advice. He clearly is an expert AND not interested in just seeking money. You can be confident that you are getting an optimal assessment for some potentially serious structural issues.

Frank and Sam arrived on time, listened, and explained everything well. They used a camera in my line and a metal detector to determine where my external sewer line was, and dug to unearth a clean-out that had been long buried under dirt and I had no idea I had. I could not have been happier with their expertise and determination in helping me with my problem, and I will use them for all my future business. No complaints, just gratitude, for them coming out and helping me so much in my backyard on a cold January morning.

Wow! What a great experience we had today with Frank's crew. Frank, (his son Sam, and crew just replaced my sewer line (which is a huge bummer when you just bought your house) with great care and really worked hard to avoid busting up my driveway (& succeeded). From the first call to the end, they were on-time, direct and clear in communicating what they could and could not do, and were super friendly as well. They only dug and ripped up the grass/landscaping they had to and left everything as clean as when they came. Frank is knowledgeable, pays attention to new developments in his industry and seems fair. I will gladly refer any friend to Frank Taciak and Sam Taciak.

Great plumbing family, very professional. Sam did an amazing job. Was very efficient and quick but also was sensitive to the needs of my older plumbing/pipes. The drain has never worked better. He even left the bathroom cleaner than he found it. Will definitely be using them again.

I have dealt with plenty of plumbers recently as I work my way through a cluster of a renovation project. I found the perfect fixture while on vacation in Europe and figure it would be a piece of cake to install. Little did my smooth brain know that British pipes use different threads than American pipes. The plumber I have already paid thousands of dollars to was not able to figure this out. Desperate, I called CA Taciak who graciously took my call. Lexi, who I spoke with, took down as much information as she could, and before she gave me a quote, said she would be back with more information. Minutes later, I received a message detailing exactly what would need to be done to adapt my traitorous redcoat fixture to my freedom sized pipes. This saved me tons of money because I am sure a lesser plumber would charge me for a trip out, not know what they were doing, charge me for a trip to the hardware store, charge me for the incorrect pieces, and walk off the job with the job incomplete yet still send me an invoice. The knowledge and kindness exhibited is a rare trait in this world and I cannot recommend CA Taciak and Sons enough.

After this season's rains, we found a hole in the back yard of our 1925 house, which turned out to be the remains of a septic tank that was original to the property, and which we'd never realized was there.

Frank Taciak arrived on time to assess the situation, gave us a estimated price, followed by emailing a written quote. Several weeks passed before we were able to schedule the work, but Frank stayed on top of it, got here as we'd arranged, and completed the job, taking particular care with the garden plants that were near where the dig was done.

I would recommend this company without reservation. Great job!

Great experience! Frank Taciak came to my home, inspected my problem, showed me how to easily fix it myself and would not charge me for his time or advice! So, it turned out that I didn’t need his services! But, he proved to be professional, knowledgeable, helpful, reliable, punctual and trustworthy! He lived up to his rave reviews and I wouldn’t hesitate to call on him again if needed!

We had a sewage backup that some poor-quality plumbers said we'd need a full replacement for. After much research and stress, we finally got to talk with other plumbers including C.A. Taciak who I instantly trusted. Sam and Frank were very responsive, professional, patient, and kind.

They gave an honest evaluation and we hired them for the work at a fraction of the cost (cost of money, time, and damage to our house).

Also, they went out of their way to explain everything. And they gave us very helpful information we can use to contact Baltimore City about the parts of our sewer line on City property, for any future concerns.

I have had such a good experience with C.A. Taciak and sons. I tried different solutions for a problem of many years with my sewer line, and I finally found Frank and Sam Taciak who were a pleasure to work with. They are kind, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and professional, and take their commitment to customer service very seriously.
We implemented a multi step approach with more than fair pricing, and monitoring of the situation at each step to determine whether the problem was resolved. When it became clear we would have to dig they listened very carefully to my concerns, and took extreme care with my garden which they knew was very important to me. The digging up process which I was dreading went smoothly and left much less impact than I was expecting.
I wholeheartedly recommend C.A. Taciak to everyone.

I had them do a sewer scope inspection, very helpful and knowledgeable. Was direct about options, pricing and necessity. They even answered follow up questions in detail. Good experience and well worth the money.
