Alonzo Came out today and got my heat working . Thank God for that and him. Did good work and My system works.

I just had a HVAC Engineer come to my house today 4th of July. He is experienced, polite and best of all affordable. I am very pleased will call them and refer them to anyone. The Holy Spirit came and fixed my air conditioning

Not sure about the bad reviews, excellent work, and customer service. I had to replace the A/C unit and furnace in October 2022. Great warranties on both units.

I just had my yearly maintenance done by Holy Spirit. The technician was professional and courteous and did an outstanding job. I will use them next year for this service as well. I am a satisfied customer.

I recieved service from Holy Sprit heating and cooling service yesterday. I must say they were on time and the service was done professionally and promptly. Thank you Mr. Arlanezo for your service we are very satisfied and my house is nice and cool.

Two separate occasions, we were in dire need of HVAC support. 1st American sent Alonzo. He came and diagnosed the issue that a previous company could not address. The service was amazing and the technician was a kind and expeditious in his work.

I had a horrendous experience with getting my AC unit repaired. Unfortunately, the condenser my system requires is in high demand. Nevertheless, Lisa (Holy Spirt Customer Service Rep) worked diligently with Carrier to get the part delivered. She made calls and got information that my Home Warranty should have handled. In addition, Alonzo (Holy Spirt Hvac Technician) attempted to circumvent the process and get the part from another supplier. I cannot thank Lisa and Alonzo enough for their dedication. Once the part arrived, Alonzo arrived ahead of schedule. I raced home to make my appointment only to find Alonzo putting the final touches on the repair. He told me to go inside and turn on the unit. To my chagrin, it blew cold as ice! My family is now extremely comfortable thanks to Lisa and Alonzo at Holy Spirit Heating and Cooling. This is my Hvac company for life!

Our technician was a little late coming to the house, but after seeing him work, I get it (And I believe he tried to call, but we were outside). He was thorough and worked hard to get our system up and running. We were his last call of the day, and a lot of folks would try to rush through. He didn't, and he took the time to make sure we understood what was going on. I really appreciate these folks, and will definitely seek them out in the future.

I will use Holy Spirit Heating and Cooling for all of my HVAC and air/ heating needs. They were contracted for my home warranty company for our seasonal check up. Alonzo said he’d be here between 8 and 10. He was here at 8 am and called before. Unlike many companies that have you waiting all day, this was not the case. He assessed everything, told us we needed a new system and did all the work behind the scenes. Brought the new unit, installed it, disposed of the old. I brought him in to look at out vents which had gotten dusty looking. He told us of his services. He just did the duct cleaning today. Again was here at 8:30 for an 8-10 window. He and his assistant were efficient. They cleaned up after themselves and sanitized the ducts for bacteria. And all for a great value. I have them on speed dial so I can use them even if my home warranty does not. They’re now on my list of contractors. If you have ANY air/heat/HVAC needs…Holy Spirit is it. Thank you Alonzo.

Holy Spirit is the BEST!!! We have been using the company for maintenance and repairs for years and each time Mr. Alonzo has the best customer service and professionalism.. He is very honest and explains everything that needs to be done, what is covered by your home warranty (if you have one) and what isn't. Regardless, with or without a home warranty I highly recommend this company. Thank You Mr. Alonzo

I was contracted to them through my home warranty company and my appointment was set up promptly the morning after the night I initially requested service (which was a holiday). At first I was a little apprehensive, but I let him in and got my husband on the phone with him and once they had an understanding on what needed to be done he got to work immediately. He did not waste time figuring out what the issue was. My only gripe was that it took almost a 5 days to receive the part from the carrier company. So it was not necessarily their fault that it took almost a week to actually install the part into my furnace. Luckily I had a fireplace and a few space heaters so my house was adequately warm. When he arrived to install the part, he wasted no time and got right to business and within 30 minutes the part was installed and my furnace was properly functioning again. I will say at first I doubted his competency, but I figured since my insurance company was paying for it and they would get it fixed either way that I would let him finish the job. In the end, I am glad that I did business with them. No complaints other than he tried to walk on my white carpet with his boots on. 😬

Excellent customer service. Came out right away, even afterhours, to tend to my heat pump that failed. Fixed in less that 24 hours and followed up the following day to make sure the system was functioning properly. Highly recommended!

I have been without AC for over two months. My blower motor died. I reached out to seven different companies. Four of which said over the phone they couldn't handle the job. Three companies came out to inspect the issue and said they couldn't handle it. I finally found a company who wouldn't stop until the job was done in Holy Spirit. I called and they sent a technician out the next day. Mr. Alonzo was amazing. He explained the issues and fixed the problem himself while six other companies said it was too big of a project to get involved in and I was quoted a price three times higher than what Holy Spirit said the actual cost was. The AC was fixed in several hours. Unfortunately the AC stopped a couple hours after being fixed but we learned that it wasn't the fault of Holy Spirit. The wiring in the HVAC unit wasn't set up correctly. So Holy Spirit came back out the next day to correct the issue at no charge. In two days, Holy Spirit did what no other company could do in two months. I can't thank them enough for their work ethic and compassion for their customers. Thank you again!

Mr. Alonzo is the best technician he’s efficient and he knows what he’s doing. I highly would recommend him to do any HVAC work. I have used him on several occasions at my former home and current home.

I had a great experience with this company. My air conditioning went out in the hottest July week of 2023. Mr. Alonzo was prompt and professional. He replaced both my air and heating unit. My heating unit is in the attic and it was really uncomfortable for him and his worker. But I got no complaints and they worked until they finished it expertly. I'll continue to use him to do the annual check-ups of the system. I highly recommend his company.

BTW - his pricing was great. He beat out 4 other companies.

There customer service is horrible! Stay away from them .I have had 2 use them twice because of my home Warranty company and both time Horrible

The previous reviews are accurate. Poor service attitude....there was nothing Christian like about the interaction. There's no positive feedback about them and that speaks volume about what to expect.

Very Unprofessional and Rude their Receptionist Lisa is so Rude!! I will Not Recommend to No one!! This company is so unorganized Sad!! and have the Nerve to be Called Holy spirit!! They are Terrible!! The WORST SERVICE I EVER RECEIVED!! I will be reporting their company to the Better BUSINESS BUREAU 😡😡😡😡🤮🤮🤮🤮
