John from AMD Contractors installed some pretty fancy dirt catchers in my furnace. This should reduce the amount of dust on the furniture and the amount of dirt in my lungs!

Remarkable!!!!!!! Best Service ever! From the initial call this morning, the friendly online scheduling and the communication. I was unable to get a same day appointment but mid afternoon Anthony called with surprising news. There was a cancellation and he remembered me. He dispatched a technician and kept me informed while the technician was in route. The technicians were in full uniform and ready to assist with my air conditioning unit. Needless to say, they got the job done in no time. They explained everything that was done. I am totally satisfied with this company’s service from beginning to the end. I am very happy with the work that AMD staff performed. They arrived on time and they did not scratch my hardwood floor when they replaced my furnace. They vacuumed up the little debris that was made and they were very courteous.

Turned my heat on for the first time today since install, and the whole thing cut out. Thermostat too. Called AMD and they fit me right in. Got it fixed and verified it. Awesome service from this group when I was freezing! They didn’t hesitate to get out here and help. Super appreciate the kind folks and generous help!

Round three with AMD - tech was professional and kind. Totally understood my frustration and worked diligently to figure it out. Wasn’t long before he found the issue. Took longer for me to locate and purchase the breaker needed. He switched the breaker and the heat pump immediately came back on. Can’t speak more good things about these guys. They handled my email frustration so well, while I was fuming at the ears, he was confident that everything would be looked at and checked. Thank you so much AMD. Tonight will be much warmer than last!!!

Round 4 with AMD… joined the maintenance program they offer and my first inspection was today. As always John was great, friendly, and respectful. Good folks with AMD and they are consistent with their work and communication. Highly recommend still!!!

I like the service offered by AMD. However, was disappointed that the technician overlooked the time frame we agreed nor was I notified but he did showed up! Luckily I was home!

I came home from vacation to a hot apartment and called AMD. They gave me an appointment for tomorrow but sent a tech out just now. It was only a bad thermostat. I’m happy to have A/C back again. Very happy with the service and the response time!

Anthony is thorough, polite, knowledgeable and honest. He does his best to prioritize your service call and is very deliberate in providing the Best Customer Service experience. He replaced a furnace at my Mom’s home and is now an integral part of the team in ensuring my home runs efficiently and that I have heat and air. Looking forward to decreased utility bills. AMD did an excellent job responding to my emergency request for A/C service. They arrived the next day and determined that the 22 old system had a massive Freon leak and had to be replaced. The new system was installed immediately and has worked perfectly ever since. The crew was efficient and worked cleanly. I would use AMD again.

The owner of the company walked us through the process before we scheduled our appointment to make sure all the questions were answered prior to the work beginning. Once the appointment was scheduled the first technician arrived on time and begin performing work. The deliveries arrived timely for our system. The second technician showed up on time as planned as support during the changeover of our system. They were very informative about the equipment that they were installing and very patient as we asked questions. Excellent customer service and follow-through. Great professional satisfaction service!!!! Anthony returned my call, and came out the next day. He was very knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions and concerns. AMD solved my problem with the air conditioner and my house immediately started to cool while he was still on the premises. I will definitely recommend this company.

Anthony was great and efficient, cleaned coils and updated me on filters and general summary of how my 2 systems run. Explained if low on refrigerant could run longer which results in a higher bill! I recommend his company to anyone who needs honest and hardworking Individuals

AMD Mechanical Contractor’s staff were prompt, professional and courteous when they responded to my request to fix a problem with limited warm air coming from the vents in our kitchen and bedroom. They not only fixed it but carefully explained how we could get the best use from our heating system. My home is now warm and much more comfortable thanks to AMD!

AMD representative was very knowledgeable and explained thoroughly and clearly why I was having problems with my 23 year old equipment. I was satisfied with his explanation and decided it would be best to upgrade my heating system to a more modern version.
