I don't normally bother with reviews, but these guys earned it. A/C quit overnight. Called B & E in the morning. They were able to respond that afternoon, diagnosed the problem, and had necessary equipment needed within about a day. We had our A/C back on within 48 hours, during several hot and hateful days in July. Technicians were polite, confident, and nailed the diagnosis. I have dealt with three other local companies in the past, and NONE have been as prompt, courteous, and professional as B & E. Highly recommended. 10 out of 10.

I have used B&E to replace a hot water heater, to service my air conditioner and to replace the outside unit. They were fast, reliable and had the best prices that I could find. The technicians even gave me some advice on other things that I found to be very useful. I highly recommend B&E!

Holy cow! I really like it when I find a good company and I feel that way today. My AC died on us last night, so I called when they opened this morning. It has been very warm lately, so I thought it would be impossible to get a same day appointment. However, I did. They actually showed up 15 minutes before our scheduled window and got right to work. They were done in about a half hour and the house was already feeling cooler before they left. Great company! Though I hope I never have to use them again, their magnet is on my fridge in the event I do.

Best Customer Service! From initial call till job completion, friendly, timely, pricing was very fair and reasonable! Definitely will keep them on speed dial! If you need any HVAC assistance, best advice is to call them first!

Truly professionals! They showed up on time and were respectful during their entire visit. They provided us with information that would help us with our system in the future. And they cleaned up the mess that the last guy did to our system. I would defiantly recommend their services and we would defiantly use them every time!

To anyone in the DMV area who is looking for HVAC repair, look no further. B&E is the only company you need to be concerned with, no if, ands or buts. The first time I called him was in the middle of winter and the heat was out. Mind you, I am in the military and I am renting my house out to a tenant and I live in Arizona. He showed up that day. What is nice about B&E is they actually LOOK at the unit and diagnose. A hint to other services, follow this business model. Another company quoted me $3500 for a new system and of course Eric came back with a bill for $680. The failure was from a broken smart valve, not the system itself. He was in and out of there within an hour. I gladly paid that amount and included an extra $20. His fast response, no nonsense approach is refreshing and welcomed. He is veteran friendly as well, which is a huge plus. Thankful to have people like this as American business owners.

Heat stopped working at my house last week, made an appointment with another well known company, and after getting pushed back several hours, and they never showed that day. Told them nevermind and called B&E that evening, who showed the next day to fix the heat in a very timely manner 👍 would recommend to a friend.
