During the summer, my HVAC system went totally dead and had to be replaced, Bennett Air, LLC provided exceptional service. They put in a brand-new system and had it up and running without a hitch or hiccup.

I recently needed their services again and within a few short hours a tech was at my door. They provide top notch services and the professionalism I experienced was in it's purest form. Barbara, thanks for all the great support. It's wholeheartedly appreciated.

The initial visit was diagnostic and determined that my ac motor was gone. Rick, my technician, explained the ordering process and timelines. The office kept me advised of the status and set up installation when the part arrived. Rick returned and installed the part within 45 minutes. Thank you Rick and team for such great service.

Bennett Air came out to my house right away to repair my hvac unit. Barbara went above and beyond the call of duty several times to advocate for me with the warranty company. The rep that came out was awesome as well. This company truly cares about its clients.

Bennett Air, LLC installed a humidifier for me. They kept me abreast of when it came in. Called to set up an installation date, and they communicated by way of text messaging. I was able to track the technican's arrival. After installation, the technician explained its functionality. I was very pleased with everything. And would us Bennett Air, LLC in the future.

I’m grateful for your service and consideration after AHS put the blame on you for the delay in finding the necessary part needed to repair my air conditioner. AHS took about 15 days in the extreme heat of the season to get my AC repaired because they could NOT find the part. Whereas, you took less than 5 days to find the part and even scheduled the work on a Saturday. Josiah, the tech, has fixed the AC and as of today I am enjoying my home. It has been exhausting, but I now say Thank You and I thank God for your care.

This is my first home and to be honest all I knew was my house was freezing, they called me back within a hour. Ms. Barbara was kind and understanding
She took time to explain to me what was going on and even walked me through how to communicate with the warranty company. They where transparent with the cost and flexible with my needs.

High quality customer service and performance at a great price. Not having a service contract with them they worked on my unit as a top priority. Almost immediately after my call I received texts and a call to understand and work on my service request.

Quick responses via text, email or cell phone. Provides link to track technician arrival.

Rick performed a complete evaluation of the entire system, diagnosed, fixed and the unit came back in service.

Rick introduced his maintenance service program which includes performance monitors for the units in an app. This will help me track the performance of the units and prevent unexpected breakdowns.

They arrived on the early end of the appointment. My unit was installed and works just in time for the 90 degree weather. They worked with me to schedule my appointment, made options for payment and never suggested any unnecessary repairs, in my opinion. The cost was very reasonable and I would not hesitate to work with them again or refer them to family or friends.

Reached out to Bennett Air to assist with an issue I had with a constantly running fan. Scheduling was super easy (I happened to do all of my scheduling through text messaging). Their customer communication was great, sending me notices and keeping me updated on the arrival time of the technician. Josiah was the gentleman that showed up for my appointment. Josiah was flat out awesome. He was knowledgeable, courteous, personable, and professional. He conducted a thorough check of my system, took the time to explain what could be wrong as well as other things he noticed, and very clearly explained my options. This has been my only interaction with Bennett Air so far but based on this one experience, if I could give them more stars, I would!

This was my first time acquiring services from Bennett Air. It was top notch from beginning to end. It started with Barbara with her thorough customer service to the installation of the system with Mike. I am looking forward to many years of a life long relationship with Bennett Air. I could be more happier and my children appreciate having the AC once again.
