From the moment I called Prime Restoration, I felt like I was in good hands. We had a major water leak in our basement, and they were at our home within an hour. They handled the water extraction, drying, and even helped coordinate with our insurance company so we didn’t have to deal with the back-and-forth.

Their team went above and beyond — they found hidden mold behind the drywall we never would have noticed, explained the remediation process clearly, and made sure the air quality was tested and safe before leaving. Communication was great throughout the job, and the reconstruction they did afterward made our basement look better than before the damage.

I’ve had some rough move out issues in the past with getting my deposit refunded. So I called Duraclean to clean my carpets and the entire house. Not only did they do a great job, but the management company said it was one of the cleanest move outs he’d ever seen. Got my full deposit back. Great people, friendly and professional.
