i am quite happy with the service. my home has 2 chimneys connected to wood stoves. pedro placed a protective cover on my floor and wore booties on his boots to keep my white carpet clean. he checked both chimneys but only one needed a good sweep. the second chimney isn't used as often. MDC Chimney Cleaning arrived on the day they promised, albeit a few moments behind the specified 60-minute window. i would suggest their chimney sweeping service to my loved ones and pals.

From our initial interaction, through to placing our order and finally the installation, the chimney sweep company we chose was absolutely exceptional. We initially scheduled an appointment with them to inspect for CO2 before proceeding with a repair. However, what Levi discovered was far more serious. The original placement of a gas insert into an existing wood-burning fireplace was not up to standard. The facade constructed around this insert was not made from the necessary fireproof materials and was starting to show signs of charring. It wasn't a question of if a fire would start, but rather when. Levi showed me all the damage, we discussed various options, and together, we formulated a solid plan to replace the insert. The office staff were incredibly accommodating, ensuring we were scheduled for the replacement at the earliest possible convenience. Our installer, Eduardo, was fantastic. He worked diligently to finish the installation in just one day. His friendly, professional demeanor, coupled with his thorough cleanup after the job, was highly appreciated. On the whole, our experience was nothing short of excellent. We won't be reaching out to any other chimney sweeps in Washington for our future service and maintenance needs.
