I own a condo unit at Boston House (1711 Massachusetts Ave) and when unexpected water damage occurred in the unit, Aron w/ADC Solutions handled everything with professionalism I rarely see from contractors.
They assessed the damage, replaced the affected ceiling, ensured all moisture was fully dried out and resolved, they even went above and beyond with some additional touches for my tenant. Throughout the entire process they kept us informed, coordinated directly with tenant and me on next steps, and made sure my asset was protected and restored properly.
As a property owner, finding a contractor you can trust to handle a situation independently while keeping you in the loop is invaluable. ADC Solutions did exactly that — I never had to micromanage or worry. My tenant was happy, the unit was restored, and the job was done right. Would absolutely consider them for future work.

So friendly, professional, and did an INCREDIBLE job. 5 stars all around and we will absolutely be using him again.

I used them to replace a raised wooden threshold between my kitchen and living area that prevented my roomba mop from being able to go into the kitchen. They were very professional, responsive, flexible on scheduling, and did a great job with the project.

ADC Construction made jumping into a home project so easy. I had wanted to do something with my master for a while but didn’t know what. ADC came by to get my thoughts and offer a variety of recommendations/suggestions. Once I made up my mind they were able to give me a great quote and get to work in a timely manner. Always responsive when I had a question or found myself in their way, they remained professional throughout the whole process. They installed custom wood flooring to match the builder, installed new smart lights and switches, allowing me to upgrade to a smart home with several gadgets which got an extra boost when they rewired my home network for optimal performance. Even now when I reach out with questions they continue to be responsive and helpful. For my next project, possibly a guest room upgrade, I will def give these guys a call.

I had a TV, sound bar, and surround sounds system that Aron worked on. He paid attention to details making sure everything was level and looked perfect. Hide all my wires (not like the first guy) and also repaired and cleaned up the space so everything was very clean at the end. Would definitely recommend!

Aron and Jay designed and installed a sail shade system for my unique rear patio area. They were really really fun to work with and very detailed. We had a very collaborative dialogue and I felt listened to and considered every step of the way.
