Customer service was very responsive. Although, the service was a bit late. It was communicated in a timely manner. Pricing was worth the price. Carly was very personable and professional. She went straight to work, took direction and did the job without haste. I give an A++++.
I do feel that as a company, sending out several reminders days ahead is annoying. Also, paying for a service prior to the actual service being preformed is not a good business practice. This was communicated to the owner and was received and acknowledge.
Overall will do business again.
