Worth a visit to hold and see tile options. Knowledgeable staff. Pleasant adjacent cafe. Main store on Annapolis.

I was very pleased with the service of St. Michael's Kitchen and Bath. Nadir Rehman was very attentive to the details of design and installation of an extensive set of bookshelves. The subcontractors, who did the work of installation, were careful and efficient; they left no dust behind themselves. I don't think I could have found better service. The price was reasonable.

This was our third total kitchen renovation and, by far, our best experience.

We had a very pleasant and professional experience with SMKB when we decided to replace our kitchen. Our designer was extremely knowledgeable and presented many ideas to improve the design we had originally envisioned and did it in a way that was cooperative and professional. We always felt they had our best interests in mind and helped us to make smart decisions on design, materials, hardware, etc. that would give us an impressive result and within our budget. Considerate, professional, very competent. We love our SMKB kitchen and we highly recommend working with them.

We entered a powder room renovation contract with SMKB after we already designed, selected & purchased most of what we needed. Missing was
the floor tile selection & paint colour, though we already had an idea of what we wanted. We walked to SMKB on a Sunday after bfast to select the floor tile. It took less than 1/2 hour including our walk. Driving to the paint store with a sample of the floor tile helped us select the paint colour within 10 minutes. SMKB finished our powder room project within two weeks. We are delighted with SMKB's renovation!

This company's "F" rating by BBB says it all.

My experience with St. Michael’s Kitchen & Bath involved virtually every problem a homeowner fears: severely late deliveries (or crews not showing up at all), partial deliveries accompanied by pressure for full payment, major measurement errors, cabinets repeatedly built off-spec and remade, and ultimately having to seek arbitration through the Better Business Bureau, which remains unresolved.

One thing prospective customers should know is that the company requires a large non-refundable deposit, which means that once problems start you have very little leverage to protect yourself.

Despite renovating nearly everything in my apartment — floors, bathrooms, even the floor plan — dealing with this cabinet project proved far more difficult, stressful, and time-consuming than the rest of the renovation combined.

I would advise serious caution before hiring this company.
