The counter and sales guys are really good, some of the best.
It takes a team to have a great company, they are so close.
The accounting department doesn't have a clue to as what it is doing!

For this reason alone I limit my purchases from this company. You would think they would learn after 100 years how to operate a company properly.

Very rude & no customer service skill
They close at 4:30 I showed up at 3:00 and they were mad at that if you don’t like your job go work somewhere else

Super unhelpful, at least for residential consumer. Needed kitchen faucet replacement hose, they just said they didn't have and to go to Lowe's or home Depot. Didn't offer to measure or anything. How does a plumbing supply store not carry a universal hose but home Depot would? Wasn't busy, no other customers at front at the time.
