I have a crawlspace that needed to be encapsulated. I got 3 quotes from different companies and CrawlSpace Brothers not only gave me the best price, but they seemed to be the most knowledgeable about the work needed to be done. I had a positive experience with this company through the whole process. I highly recommend them!

The owner, Lane, was so helpful and responsive throughout the process of getting our crawl space issues resolved (French drain, sump pump & new vapor barrier installed). He personally came out to our home on multiple occasions - first to perform an initial inspection, once during the project itself to make sure his team had everything they'd need, and again after the project was completed for a final inspection. Any questions we had were always addressed promptly, and the work was done on schedule (and very well!) by a team of two super professional and friendly technicians. The first time we saw our new system actually eject water from our crawl space, we literally did a happy dance!

If you have a nasty, wet crawl space like we did, we definitely recommend giving these guys a call!

Lane and his crew from Crawl Space Brothers did a fantastic job. Lane came out to initially inspect the area and give an on-site quote. Within 2 weeks we had the space encapsulated. Humidity went down as well as the mildew Oder. Install team protected the floors during install. A few smudges here and there from dirt, but that’s okay. All in all, their quality, pricing, and customer service is amazing.

Mr. White came to my house and evaluated the entire crawl space area. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional in his inspections both inside and outside the house. My crawl space was already in good condition. I just needed minor work done. Mr. White recommended that I contact a handyman to install a cover to prevent water intruding into the crawl space from the outside vent. He could have ripped me off but he didn’t. I definitely recommend this company!

Mr. White was better than prompt; he called first and arrived before the scheduled time to inspect our crawl space for water intrusion. He was friendly, thorough, knowledgeable and professional in his inspection both inside and outside the house unlike other companies who did not even bother to go into the crawl space yet sent us exorbitant proposals. Mr. White determined the water intruding the crawl space could be mitigated by grading the soil away from the house and sealing the gutters. He recommended we contact a landscaping company. We would absolutely recommend Crawl Space Brothers to everyone because of the expertise and high level of integrity. He could have ripped us off but he didn't. We appreciate that.

Lane and his crew did our crawl space earlier this year. They did a fantastic job! They were easy to communicate and coordinate with while we had a radon system installed in the crawl space as well. They did an in person follow up to make sure the crawl space was still in pristine condition after the radon system was added. My wife and I are very happy with our crawl space! Thank you!

Lane was great to work with! We weren’t sure what exactly needed to be done to our crawl space and after his inspection he provided several options. He talked through each option with us and he provided a recommended option that would work well for our space that wasn’t the most expensive one. He was kind and responsive throughout the process, even providing me advice on a separate problem we were having with our home. We had the CrawlSpace Brothers encapsulate our crawl space. They were professional, knowledgeable, and gave us a very reasonable estimate. The scope of our job was small and other companies refused to come out and review the job, but the Crawl Space Brothers were happy to consider the work and made excellent recommendations for what needed to be done. The work was done in just a few hours and the crawl space looks great. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

Really enjoyed my experience working with this company. We called after we were alerted about some water in our crawl space. Lane laid out all our options to us and they were all for fair prices and really transparent about how they priced things. They have now sealed up the space and installed a sump pump. The team was highly professional, from the office, to Lane, to Troy who came out on the day. I’d highly recommend to anyone needing work done in their crawl space.

I can’t say enough good things about Crawl Space Brothers. Brian - who is the regional manager - has been amazing. He has gone above and beyond to make sure my elderly parents get a fair and reasonable price to encapsulate their crawl space and has even stopped by to service their dehumidifier and check on things when asked. His care and concern really go above and beyond expectation and I highly recommend them for being ethical, honest, professional and efficient.

The process was awesome from start to finish! The Crawl Space Brothers was my third and best option for getting this project completed. The kicker, they suggested an improvement others didn’t mention that was necessary to the success of what I was trying to achieve.

After finding my gear with wet-nasty smell I had to get Crawlspace Brothers, very knowledgeable, gave me options and were quick to start the job. Got my crawlspace encapsulated and added the dehumidifier, the difference is immediate, got the thickest tarp available since I need the storage space in this small 1950s home. Thank you guys.
