I called George and he was out within the hour and had the issue resolved. Great customer service. Would highly recommend.

Fire & Ice has a staff of very knowledgeable and friendly technicians. They don’t try to oversell and recommend products that the customer doesn’t need. I would recommend F&I to anyone in the area needing service or installation of an HVAC system.

I had a small issues with my hvac system. Took George 5 minutes to fix it. He didn't charge an arm and a leg for it either. Thanks again George for the great work.

I finally had a new furnace and AC unit installed in my house by Fire N Ice HVAC. George from Fire N Ice kept my previous furnace and AC unit going for 21years. He has always been patient and explained all of my options. He is honest and his prices can not be beat. He is timely and caring which is hard to find these days. I highly recommend Fire N Ice HVAC. Warning....there are several HVAC guys out there with the words "Fire" and "Ice" in the name. Please be careful not to call one of those other companies with a similar name. They are not the same. I would give Fire N Ice HVAC higher than 5 stars if it was possible.

Excellent technical knowledge and capabilities. Very honest company with integrity. Did a terrific job on my garage heater replacement. Highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough good things about this company and its owner, George Syfert. We came home from vacation today (Sunday) to a 95 degree house. George came right over fixed the unit and did not charge any extra fee for emergency service after hours on a Sunday.

I cannot praise this company enough ! George came out same day and fixed our unit that we were told by another company was completely broken and needed a whole new unit . The professionalism and honesty of this company is unbeatable and the pricing is very fair .

George came out extremely fast to look at our AC when it stopped working. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it quickly. George was extremely professional and reasonably priced. We are so thankful that he fixed it quickly, especially with this crazy heat wave.

George came out and provided an estimate to install mini split. His estimate was thousands less than a larger company. He had the unit on hand in less than a week and the install was completed. Install was neat, and even went above and beyond with some extra items to ensure a professional neat exterior appearance.

We have used George for all out HVAC needs for almost 10 years including installing heat pumps and humidifier. He is an excellent technician. He really knows his trade. Very easy to deal with and very fair on pricing. I highly recommend Fire & Ice.

I cannot say enough good things about Fire n Ice HVAC and George in particular! We discovered an issue with the oil side of our dual fuel system not igniting late on a Saturday evening. Despite the after-hours timing, George’s team answered the call on the first ring, took our information, and immediately dispatched someone to investigate the issue.

George himself arrived promptly and impressed us with his deep knowledge and professionalism. He took the time to explain everything upfront, ensuring we understood what was going on. He provided a temporary solution to keep us comfortable until the necessary parts could be ordered.

Today, George returned as promised, right on time, and got everything fixed. He didn’t just patch the problem—he took the time to meticulously review the entire system to ensure it was properly installed and functioning as it should. His attention to detail and dedication to getting the job done right were truly commendable.

Fast. Honest. Fair. George showed up sooner than anyone else for a mini split system issue. The system was installed under a deck (poorly), but he still got to it through the snow. He didn’t offer me any services I didn’t need, and provided knowledgable explanations to my questions. Don’t hesitate to call.

WOW! is all I can say about this level of service when it service that I received from fire n ice HVAC. If it wasn't for George coming to save my behind on a very cold day, he took the time to explain all my options too me and very quickly made it all come together and I couldn't be any more happy with how this transition all happened. Hopefully I wont have to call again but if I do, I know George will take care of me
