These guys were great! Thier techs were wonderful and made sure they did it right!. The front office was wonderful. They put up with my back and forth on proposals trying to save a few bucks. They understood completely and helped me make the best decision for my situation.

Absolutely the best plumbing company around. Their customer service is top notch and they don’t try to over charge you like other companies. They are knowledgeable and they provide fast accurate service in emergency situations. Laura, Jackie and Z Mike were awesome and I would highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs!!

Original installer at my home from 2011. Have had at least 3 repairs and component replacements over the years due to normal wear tear on my systems. We are on a well system with a constant pressure pump which can be an issue from time to time. Never had any problems with my repairs. Scheduling and work time was no issue.

Our copper, hot, water pipe to the water heater had a pinhole. I called the office at 7:30 in the morning, and they fit us into the schedule that morning. The technicians replaced the copper piping with PVC to prevent similar issues in the future, were professional, and clean. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

I have worked for WhiteHallHydronics in the past. Great company to work for. Now I called them to install a complete water heater expansion tank drip pan and leak alarm. They were very informative Extreamly clean. Keep five feet around the area clean. I had the install a recerculation line to all of my fixtures. They layed out drop cloths . Once everything was installed . The installer stayed to bleed out all of the air. Out of the water piping system. And tested each fixture making sure everything worked properly. The work was neat and clean and the contract price was very fair! I would recommend their services to family and friends. And will be using them in the future. THANK YOU WHITEHALL!!!

I made an appointment to have a water pipe hole repaired. They came the same day (even though the appointment was for the next day), did an amazing job, faster than I believed possible, and charged much less than I expected. The quality of the work is great, and I will be calling them again whenever I need plumbing.

I sought bids from several plumbers to replace a leaking propane gas fired hot water heater either in-kind or with a tankless water heater. Whitehall gave me the best prices and we went the tankless route. This was a somewhat complicated and involved job with a lot of details to attend to. Working with Laura, the General Manager, on the proposal, contract, scheduling and payment was great - very professional. An experienced tech came out to plan the job. The two techs that did the job put in a long day and came back for a few hours the next day to finish some details. The completed job is very impressive. Functional, neat and professional looking with every detail attended to. They left the area as good as they found it. In my career I had the pleasure of working for many years with skilled crafts persons and technicians in an industrial environment, so I think I know good work when I see it. And Whitehall does good work.

Rich came out to fix my water heater which was under warranty. In the process, he broke the expansion tank. He tried to get me to pay for the repair of the expansion tank that he broke. When I refused, he started arguing with me. I had to threaten to call the police to get him out of my house. Very unprofessional and unethical.

Whoever in your company that has a work truck with the license plate 5EE0130 drives like a maniac and had the police called on him this morning! Please ask your drivers to drive responsibly, as he bullied me on the road for 20 minutes by driving at a high speed and dangerously close and could have caused an accident many times by weaving thru traffic/ cutting me off with no blinker. He then continued on the road to bully other drivers and almost cause more accidents!
