Excellent customer service & pricing - removed snow from my walkway and driveway at my home and did a wonderful job.

Sunshine Home Landscaping is an excellent and dependable lawn service company.. They provide excellent snow removal service as well. I will continue to tell others about their outstanding service.

Whomever I spoke with on the phone was very rude and hung up on me. Completely unprofessional !! I would not recommend this company.

This is NOT A LEGITIMATE BUSINESS!! I'm being generous with one star. Had contact with Mr Benjamin who gave me a quote and said we would meet the next day so that I could pay him and he would complete the job. The next day he did not pick up the phone and wouldn't return my calls or texts. I explained to him that my HOA would issue a citation if I didn't get the job done. No INTEGRITY or MORALS!!! I will let the BBB know as well so that other consumers are made aware.

Disrespectful and unprofessional. Tried to charge me $450 for 20 minutes worth of work. Told me he needed 3 people to pick up a small amount of trash, and pull a few weeds. I’m in property management and I own a home with a large yard, I know what a fair price is for what I needed done and when I’m being unfairly overcharged.

Horrible customer service. Very disrespectful owner. I wouldn’t use this company or recommend them. Prepare to be overcharged and treated with disrespect.

I agree with the previous bad reviews. These people do not honor their word. In my experience with this company, I found Benjamin to be greedy and dishonorable. The landscaping work is good, but they overcharge (I had no idea until I spoke with neighbors with great landscaping, who used other companies and paid a fraction of what I paid to Benjamin for the same flowerbed work on the same sized yard.) After they did flowerbed work for me (clean-up and mulch) and treated the beds for weeds right before heavy rain, I expressed concern that the rain would wash away the weed treatment. Benjamin promised to come back and treat the beds again for free if the weeds appeared within ten days. They did. A lot, and in less time. I called, as agreed, and he promised that they would come out.  Never came. Ever. I kept calling, kindly leaving messages, being super-polite despite feeling lied to and disrespected. He never responded. Ever. Yet, they continued to work their monthly contracted clients' yards (one of those yards belongs to a friend of mine, who confirmed). So, as long as they're getting your money,  I assume they show up. If they need to honor something they promised for free (BTW, I didn't ask for that guarantee; Benjamin offered), they don't.  I've since found a better,  more reliable landscaping company that honors its word. Two seasons and counting. Oh, and they're about half the price. I hope this helps someone.

No stars!!! Sunshine cut my grass in 2023 after I noticed how nice my neighbor's grass looked. I signed a contract with this company in 2024; they NEVER showed up. They had the audacity to send me a contract to sign for 2025. I signed it and asked them to confirm that the contract was received after what happened the prior year. They never confirmed receipt of the contract. In the meantime my grass is growing like a weed. I called Mr. Benjamin and left a message. Never got a returned call. I look at the contract on 4/15/25 and saw that grass cutting was to begin on 4/5/25 and every 10 days after so they should have been cutting my grass for the second time on 4/15/25. I spoke to Ben twice on 4/15/25; he promised to call back. Never did. I called him this morning and told him I will find someone else. Very unprofessional, dishonest, and disrespectful!!!!!!!!
