Fantastic customer service despite having to deal with many delays that came up on my end of things with Mass Save. Great work and a nice upgrade to my home with electric mini splits when my steam boiler died. Some of the nicest people I’ve dealt with. Would definitely recommend.

Alex showed up on time. Very friendly. My furnace is around 27 years old and after inspection he told me everything looked good. Did not suggest it was time for a new unit. Had him check my water heater and same thing. Told me if it doesn’t leak and the water is hot no scenes in changing it.

We have used MWD for many projects at our property. I highly recommend them. Everyone is always so friendly and knowledgeable.

Mark showed up on time and was very efficient servicing our system. He showed us each component and offered his advice on some minor repairs. I will be doing more business with him in the future.

Fantastic job. The estimate was inline with other contractors. The guys showed up on time and got the job done in less than a week. There are a few pieces that needed to be ordered and they came back to install everything the following week. Great customer support friendly guys.

We have used MWD on three separate occasions, and Mark has provided excellent service! He is so friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive! I would recommend Mark and his team to anyone and we'll certainly use MWD again in the future!

Within 20 minutes after I called Mark was at my house Diagnosed the issue with my heater unit and replaced the part back in buisness in an hour could not be more pleased very professional and very knowledgeable at his craft . Would highly recommend I have my new heat tech thanks Mark!

We had brown rusty water and no hot water all of a sudden yesterday! Tom and Paul came over this morning and got things running again, hot and clean! Town had Jenn flushing water mains and some rust scan evidently floated into our hot water system and blocked this off. They flushed it out and restarted. Thought I was going to have to replace a water heater but just a service call from two really competent guys who made my day!

I cannot recommend MWD enough! Our AC unit stopped working during a heatwave and Mark came out the same day we called and was able to replace the broken part. Mark and his entire team are so professional, courteous and communicative. Pricing is upfront and fair, I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again!

I only have great things to say about MWD! My husband and I have used them for a few repairs at our house and they have been fantastic. Customer service is excellent and Mark and Zach have done great jobs whenever they have come out. Friendly and knowledgeable and reasonably priced!
