Mark was very professional and explained what was going on. He got the system going until the new parts can be ordered. Very prompt response to my request for service.

Our AC was down during a heat wave. Taylor respond to our service request immediately and worked closely with supplier to get the part. Pick up the part as soon as it arrived and came to fix our AC early morning in a weekend. Really appreciate!

Christie Cooling and Heating is extremely knowledgeable and reliable. On now multiple occasions, Taylor has saved my business when the air conditioning or heat blew on a Friday afternoon before a heat wave or cold snap. Not only is he excellent for repairs but he is very proactive when it comes to preventative maintenance. When we hired Christie Cooling and Heating after our previous HVAC company left us high and dry, Taylor looked over every machine we have. Gave us a full list of what the previous company had done wrong and what he would recommend we fix. When the previous company told us we needed all new machines because our previous ones were beyond repair, We called Taylor in and he advised us we simply needed a new compressor. A minor expense later and we are now over a year into that machine working better than ever. Christie Cooling and Heating feels like an old fashion business where the owner actually cares about the quality of work as well as his customers. I cannot recommend Christie Cooling and Heating enough to others in the Metro West!

Taylor was very professional and made the effort to make it to my boiling hot home on a Sunday, despite having a very busy day. He fixed an electrical problem with my central A/C and we are now able to survive the current heat wave we are having. His dedication to help a brand new customer went above and beyond!

Taylor was diligent and extremely patient with the problems that I was facing with my HVAC system. I had spent considerable amount of money for replacing the compressor using a different company, but my system did not perform well. I finally asked Taylor to help me out. He replaced the compressor (luckily still under warranty) and was still not able to get the pressures to behave in his readings. He patiently drilled through each section and found that the cooling coil (also changed recently by the other company) was flooded with oil and partially blocked. He was able to flush the plumbing associated with the unit and clean the system and reconnect and get the correct readings on his meters. So I really appreciate his patience to get the job done correctly rather than try to get frustrated and resort to short cuts (as was done by the other contractor)

Always professional and never any shortcuts or recalls. I have used them for my business as well as my home. I highly recommend using them for heating and cooling commercial or residential.

For someone who responded and showed up on the night before Christmas Eve, fixed my heating/ humidifier circuit wiring problem in 40 minutes, and had a good laughter afterwards, I can only say Taylor is marvelous, magic, and personally caring. CC&H was there for me when I needed them. In some of the hottest days of the year my AC went out (as it did for so many others). I made half a dozen frantic calls for service but only Christie came through. Even though their day was booked, they managed to fit me in the same day and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in less than an hour. I would highly recommend them for their service, punctuality and professionalism!

Taylor was very professional and responded to us promptly on a holiday. He came within an hour to look at our burner that was having gas valve problem. He also made all efforts to make the part available the same day to fix the burner while other quotes said it will take 2 days.

The technician was nice, professional, showed me what the issue was, fixed it and gave us advice on how to avoid the issue in the future.
