Mike was polite and arrested in a timely manner. He took the time to explain to me what was going on with our furnace. He also left a note for my husband explaining the problem and included his phone number if he had any questions.

I highly recommend!! Quality Home Heating, they came very quickly they took care of my problem and we're very professional and friendly.. so I appreciate the service and help, I'll be warm tonight LOL instead of a five-star review they get a five Flame review 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥👍

I called a couple places this morning because my heat wasn’t working and none of them picked up the phone. I finally found Quality Home Heating and they picked up immediately and sent someone over quickly. The problem was quickly solved by the technician I will definitely call them back in the future.

I recently contacted Quality Heating & Cooling to replace a broken water heater. The initial contact was responded in a timely manner. During that initial contact, I was also notified of a promotion that was available on their social media page. Within an hour, two employees showed up to my home to survey the situation. They communicated clearly what the issue was and what was needed to remove and replace the hot water heater. The two employees who replaced the hot water heater took a few hours to replace and during that time continued to communicate any findings, and kept the work area clean and organized. Just wow. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I was in a desperate situation and wasn’t sure what to do about a leak in my water heater. I contacted them and within 30 mins, Mike came over and diagnosed the issue with ease. It was a simple fix and he didn’t try to sell me anything or pressure me to do anything. He told me what was going on and I trusted his explanation. The issue is now fixed and I will always use them in the future! Thank you guys.

Kevin was great. He took the time with us to describe all options, and the pros and cons of each. His men did the job quickly and efficiently, leaving no trace other than the work they had done. It has only been a few days since they put in our system, but the difference from our old system is evident.

Always great service. Mike is a great guy, very knowledgeable. He really knows his job better than anyone. We've been using quality heating and cooling for some time now and they're pretty much the only ones we really trust for excellent service.

Use Quality home heating and air when visiting a family member in new bedford and the a/c went out on the hottest day of the year. Same day service for an unbelievablely reasonable price. I would highly recommend this HVAC team for your needs. The tech, Steve, was knowledgeable and went above and beyond and was very honest. He provided photos of inside both units of the air system, then got us cooled down again! Thank you very much Quality Home Heating.
