My husband and I needed an electrician after the October rain/wind storm. JRS Electric was the first company I emailed. The response time was prompt and they showed up that day to repair our issue. Very professional!!! We will use them in the future. Thanks to a great company! Missy

After 5 years as a loyal customer (company under different ownership during that time), it's unfortunate to have to write this review.

During a large electric job, a stove top was placed under a new outlet. Carpenter recommended an easy way to fix this; JRS II said the new cabinets had to come down, the new drywall removed, the new insulation removed and all wiring redone. I repeatedly asked for another solution that would not cost time and money and was told there was no way. At a loss as to why, I called the electrical inspector who then spoke directly to the owner of JRS II and the simple, cost effective solution was only then completed (the same one carpenter had recommended that I was told was impossible).

Additionally was charged, without prior notice, for driving time, lunches, breaks, and overtime. Company has not repaired a small problem (new refrigerator trips brand new outlet they installed--but works in old outlets) for more than two months. They said they would repair *only* when the large bill was completely paid in full. Once that happened, they have still not come to fix the issue. The only thing a loyal customer wants to hear is, "how can I make it right?" No other defense is necessary.
