Our A/C unit began to putter-out late afternoon on a 90+ degree day. We called DEE at about 7:30pm on a weeknight, their answering service answered and told us someone would call us back. Our phone call was returned in a timely manner and to our surprise they came out that night within 90-minutes of our initial phone call. The technician was very courteous and professional. He repaired the problem in about 20-minutes time and was on his way after explaining to us in detail what had happened. Within 2-hours of our initial phone call and by 9:30pm at night our A/C unit was repaired and working again which is very fortunate as we had hot, panting Bull Dogs in the house waiting patiently for the cool air to return. In my eyes....DEE went above and beyond and myself and my family are very thankful for that. Joe Well Done DEE!

Always grateful and completely satisfied with the owners/office staff, technicians that always are pleasant, courteous and efficient. Dee Service installed systems in our new home when it was built in 2004 and they continue to service it twice yearly efficiently!

After dealing with another HVAC company who made false claims stating that a part of the furnace was broken, we had someone from Dee come. Long story short, the other company’s technician would have had to have taken hours to take apart the area of the furnace to take the picture we were shown by the other company. Since then, we have only dealt with Dee. Their staff, technicians, and service are beyond compare. The other reviewer said Dee spent barely any time at their home. I can assure you that has never been the case with us. We have a yearly contract to maintain both our heat and a/c. If you want quality work done for a fair price, use Dee!

I called and Dee got out to see me the next day. Their tech, Tom, did an excellent job. Got it done quickly, communicated clearly with me, and didn't try to pad the bill by wasting time or recommending unnecessary things. He respected my interests. Too many companies today trying to find ways to gin up bills. I would highly recommend Dee and Tom.

Dee service is a life saver!!! I used a different but reputable HVAC guy first who couldn't figure out the issue and recommended a new furnace. I was a week without heat (low 20s at night) but decided to get a 2nd opinion and saw Dee was recommended on the neighboorhood FB group. I called and they came out same day, figured out the problem in 30 mins or less, they ordered the part, and installed it 2 days later! I wish I called them sooner!! Shout out to Paul, Cindy, and the techs Mike and especially Tom for answering all my questions and explaining the issue. They are excellent assets to your company. Everyone was professional and punctual and arrived when they said they would. Cindy would call to let me know when a tech was on their way. Do not hesitate to call them! A+ service!!

Needed a new furnace recently and they arrived at 7:30 a.m. They did an excellant job and were professional and pleasant. One of my friends used another company and they were charged almost double from price I paid. I have been with this company for many years and would highly recommend them for heating and air conditioning.

My first time dealing with Dee after getting referred by a common friend and also reading reviews on Facebook. I reached out to Dee "Cindy" back over the summer to come and do a cleaning and assessment on my 50-year-old gas-forced hot air furnace. it has been getting a bit noisy over the past few years and was thinking how much longer could it last? Cindy informed me that they were in summer mode dealing with AC systems and if we could wait until the fall we could have a fall tune-up special. She called me in late summer to schedule an appointment. Today tech Will showed up on time and performed the cleaning and inspection. The noise is coming from a blower bearing that is showing its age but does not need immediate replacement. Will was very professional. We will be calling on Dee for future needs. We are located in Wilbraham and have 2 Lennox gas furnaces. The upstairs unit stopped working overnight. There are only 2 Lennox service companies in this area, DEE is one of them. I called in the morning when they opened, was told someone would call to set up visit same day, They called, showed up, and fixed the problem within the hour. 5 stars for communication, timeliness, and professionalism.

DEE Service Inc handled a full slate of HVAC work for us — A/C repair, heating system installation, and some additional HVAC repairs — and did a great job across the board. The technicians were professional, showed up on time, and clearly knew what they were doing. They walked us through the new heating system installation thoroughly and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Only minor issue was a slight delay in getting parts, but overall a reliable and skilled HVAC company worth recommending.

They installed a mostly new heat/ac system for us about 20
yrs ago; also a new central system for my son and his wife around then. Their work was well-planned, with very neat ductwork and no installation problems.
Today, I called regarding the humidification system for one of our central units, and received a detailed and patient explanation of our options, with a recommendation to choose the cheapest option first (because it would likely solve our problem).
Most impressed. Will update, should there be a change in this recommendation..
FOLLOW-UP: Diagnosed problem was a seized humidifier fan motor, which I replaced myself, because: 1. price of part itself was more than twice Home Depot/AMZ price and did not include labor etc.
2. They were asked to provide cost of complete replacement of old unit with a new one, inclusive of labor, and they did not respond.
Thus -- for us -- the price of sticking with Dee seemed a bit too high..

Im sad to write this bc the service i have had in the past has been good but this based off the emergency on call technician who was unprepared, trued to walk me through fixes on phone under guise of saving me money but he didn't want to come out, i have a 2 yr old my house was freezing his response was its not winter its long weekend wait until Tuesday so it wont cost 320$ my hot air was blowing on and off. He legit said to me he didn't bring his glasses he red the flashing lights wrong and the. He told me that reading codes from furnaces was confusing. I was very uncomfortable and unconfident at this point then he jammed a screwdriver into small holes containing prongs to separate the metal then the plug didnt fit bc he broke my panel. He looked at me said panel's broken even the code was reading clogged duct. I brought my wofe down he said to me he cant fix it i said so inpaid 300$ for emergency business he yelled at me in own house said im beating a dead horse he hits furnance an it turns on he looks like a dear in head lights, i said i have a question he says i dont have an answer for you question ? I said how can you not have answer if you dont know what im going to ask? He says i cant answer because you didnt ask? Gaslight much? Im concerned this man was not i. His right mind he did not make sende and he would talk to women. I had my father call him and he gave him a bs explination. So sad i really like DEE service they were usually fast fairly priced and do good/average quality work. This guy was a nightmare ! 300$ for him to spend ten minutes and break my pannel because he came unprepared, i could have taken my duaghter to hotel to keep her warm for that price ! Dont use there emergency service

Horrible, the most unprofessional company. I had someone come out for a quote, he was wonderful. Waited a week for estimate, spoke with the owner and he was supposed to follow up with me. I called and left messages several times, apparently they don't want work and don't have the courtesy to call back.
