I came home after work on Saturday evening and discovered 3-4" of water in my basement. After scrambling to clear my valuables out I called Brandow and left a message explaining my emergency situation. Chad called me back within about 30 minutes and came right over after finishing another job. He determined my water heater from 2002 had burst. Then he spent the time to drain the remainder from the tank and suck up as much as he could from my floor. I appreciate the quick response and extra effort. He will be returning on Monday to install the new heater. Happy to give him the business.

My pipes burst last week. Despite already being booked for the day they came to at least make sure I was able to use my water... and they came back a week later to repair. Very thorough. And they tried to find best solution for the issue while also not creating a ton of unnecessary and costly work.

Real Pros! Major cast iron repair in a 3 family and Chad showed up that day, got the parts and finished the job. Two man job and Chad stuck to the original price despite some extras that needed to be fixed and some unseen damage. I've been in the trades for 30 years and his price was lower than I or the homeowner expected. Both he and his employee were courteous, respectful and thorough.

Brandow Plumbing came to my rescue to repair some bad plumbing work. They were quick and efficient and did great work. I then had them install some new heating systems with excellent results. I can't say enough nice things about their work, service and fair prices.

I contacted the business, although they were very busy like many of the other plumbers were, they gave me a date for later in the week but they put me on standby just in case they finished a job earlier. I told them we’re would be at home whenever they had the time. They showed up and came prepared to do the job. They showed me what was going on before starting the job and they gave me the parts that was needed to do the job. They had to go out and get an additional part, they came back quickly. They were honest and fair with their price. They were very professional, prompt and they kept me aware of what was going on. I would recommend them.

I’ve called Brandow Plumbing for several years now. I’ve recently purchased a new home that needed some plumbing updates due to the existing copper pipes not being in good condition to put it mildly. Chad Brandow did an amazing job as usual. He’s very thorough in reviewing and explaining the work that needed to be done before hand. Chad is very professional and takes pride in his work from start to finish, and it shows. He is great to work with and his prices are reasonable.

Paid to have a gas leak fixed. But, 2 days later it was still leaking. When I called them back they refused to fix and claimed the were not taking any new customers.

Called several times for an estimate on a repair job that was previously talked over on a previous job. No communication at all. I left multiple texts, and was getting responded once in a blue saying they would come over. I understand people and companies being busy, but just downright neglect, is downright wrong. Maybe if the job is a $4,000 job, then yes they may respond faster. Thank goodness this was not at emergency situation.

I hired this company to install a Combo boiler, they installed the unit and were paid in full. The first month my gas usage increased over 85%, next month gas usage increased 150%, the month of Sept my bill stated my gas increased 366%. Early sept I spoke with Chad and he stated he would contact the dealer and get back to me, he never called me back. I tried calling him and no return call. I reached out to a local Navien dealer and they were very helpful, they gave me a plumber to call. I called the plumber set up an appointment, he came by called Navien customer service and fixed the problem in 15 mins at an additional cost.
