We used Allston Contractors for a kitchen remodel and to add a half bath and linen closet to our home. We are very happy with the final product, and found the company reasonable and easy to work with.

This project is keeping us in our home forever with the addition of an elevator for easy access as we age. Work started on the day we received our permits and kept steady progress until completion. Followed every suggestion for subcontractors and couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Our 1896 single family boasts an updated kitchen, the addition of a spacious bath, laundry area, and the elevator to expanded living space. All completed on budget, and with attention to detail by kind and considerate staff and workers. Who could ask for more? We’re thrilled!

Allston Contractors did a wonderful job redoing my kitchen and adjacent half bath, repairing the ceiling from a broken pipe flood from a second floor bathroom directly above and repainting, Juliano was very professional, the price was reasonable, the sub-contractor, Elijah, and his staff were remarkably efficient and finished the job exactly in the amount of time they said they would. From late Wednesday afternoon until before 4pm on Friday, they worked daily and cleaned up everything. I had requested they be out before 4pm on Friday as I had a dinner party that evening and had to use the kitchen. Everything was left finished, beautiful, and expertly cleaned up. I had a sparkling kitchen and half bath and my guests never knew that 2 hours before the contractors had finished the job. Definitely recommend them.

Allston Contractors built a gym in our unfinished basement. They did wonderful work - the final room is much nicer than we had anticipated it could be. They were communicative and very friendly, and kept to the timelines we had discussed.

We had a home expansion/renovation last 6/7 months. We were lucky to have Allston Contractors as our general contractor. It was not an easy job but they managed it well. The guys were professional and friendly. The project went smoothly and quickly. We were very happy about the work they did and the whole process.

Allston Contractors did an outstanding work. They were professional, detail-oriented, and delivered top-quality craftsmanship on time and within budget. Their communication was excellent, and the results exceeded my expectations. If you need a reliable and skilled contractor, I highly recommend them!

We worked with Allston Contractors on a massive project to build a second floor on our house and gut the first floor. They have been on time and supportive through the whole process and have gone above and beyond to help us with things not in their job description. They have made this complex process seamless, affordable and have delivered quality work. I would recommend them to anyone doing a small or big job!

I worked with Allston Contractors to update my lights throughout my home. I met with Julianno and his electrician. There was miscommunication with pricing as well as expectation around the work. For example, the electrician tried to charge me double for the chandelier installation while that was not included in the contract (Cruz Electricians) as well is requiring me to patch up work around the newly updated lights.

I was really surprised when I got the invoice and spoke to Julianno’s team. Julianno called me right away and agreed that requiring patch work was not in the original scope of work and sent over his own painter at his expense. His painter was at my home for two days repainting the entire ceiling basement without any compensation. Julianno also honored the original price agreement as well.

Allston contractors also updated my foggy windows in my other home. His handyman came and fixed the windows without any issues..quick turnaround with a reasonable pricing.

It is rare to find someone in the construction market who won’t leave you high and dry or change the final price (bait and switch). I have worked with several contractors and subs in the past and these guys are the real deal. They follow through, make sure the promised scope is done to high quality work, and will stand by what is the truth and not what is convenient/profitable for the company. I have been impressed with how they dealt with this situation.
