In august, our oven was turning on but not heating up. We called this service and everything worked out great. The were professional, came when they said they would, diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it on the spot at a reasonable price. We would definitely use them again for appliance repair service.

Ed was very responsive and came very quickly to take a look at my three year old electric Whirlpool dryer. He diagnosed the issue very quickly and had me back up and running in no time. Now for that pile of laundry...

Ed was the only appliance repair company who answered the phone on December 23 after 6:00! Not only that, he came over and made our dishwasher operable for Christmas. He is professional, friendly and skilled. I highly recommend Ed's Appliance Service.

Ed has come to fix our ice maker and washer/dryer and is great. He's always on time, his prices are reasonable and he's always able to fix the problem. We will defiantly be using him for our future appliance repairs.

I would highly recommend giving Ed a call for appliance repair. He has a low service call rate and experience with many brands, makes and models of appliances. Called him for a washing machine, but while here he took a look at my microwave solving both issues. We had a dishwasher that was performing badly and gave us some tips including cleaning nozzles, changing dishwashing liquid brand and if we wanted to purchase a new one the brand he recommends. He ended up coming over twice, but called on a Monday, visited on Wednesday and Friday. Quiet and to the point and conscious of Covid precautions. In contrast, I called the non-big box appliance store where I had purchased the washer and their sub-contractor for service didn't call me for over a week. Ed's local to Arlington and it was a pleasure to support a local company.

Ed was really great. Showed up when he said he would and diagnosed the problems quickly and accurately. Fixed one problem and told me that it probably wasn't worth doing the other (a board).....just let the Fridge keep working until it quits.

I would recommend him wholeheartedly.
