Joe came and fixed my AC at NO charge. Yes, that's right.. there was no charge. He said the fix was so quick that he didn't want to charge me. I will be sure to use him for all my future rental properties.

Wow, Jose just saved my old furnace from total crash. I was freaking out cause winter coming fast. He walked in calm, explained stuff in plain talk, showed dirty filter, replaced only what was dying. No scare tactics, no crazy upsell. Price way lower than two other quotes I got last week. He even swept the little screws on floor before leaving! I’m new homeowner, so trusted dealers scare me, but now I feel safe. Totally calling him again :)
