This group was fantastic from start to finish! Sue was the phone contact, she was responsive with times delays etc. Erik Petterson, Mike Bingel, and Mike Rose were great to work with. Then insulated our attic, weatherstripped our doors etc. Very respectful of our home, easy to work around and they explained all that they did along the way.
I highly recommend this group to anyone utilizing Mass Saves program.

Highly recommend. Our estimator Joel was very knowledgeable and friendly. Aaron who came and did the work was thorough and patient. And Mary Ann in the office was a pleasure to work with regarding scheduling, etc. Great experience overall!

Today 3 hard working, young men installed insulation and corrected problems in my condominium. I would highly recommend Crew Chief Day, and is assistants Nick & Jaden. They were so pleasant and efficient.

Last week, I had the 5C Energy team, consisting of Day, Neil, and Eddy, come to my house to perform some work as part of the MassSave/RISE program. They did an excellent job! They added insulation, sealed air leaks, and completed several tasks to improve my home's energy efficiency. The team arrived on time, clearly explained what they would be doing, and finished the work in a timely manner. Well done! Thank you, Day and team, and thank you, 5C Energy. 5 stars for this crew! When we confirmed that our nearly 100-year old house had no insulation in most rooms, we hired 5C Energy to insulate every possible inch.

The process was easy for us from beginning to end, and the crew was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional! They went above and beyond to squeeze into a tight basement crawl space (that looks like it belongs in any given horror movie) to install insulation below the kitchen floor to keep things extra toasty for winter.

Additionally they were meticulous in cleaning up after their work each day, which we really appreciate. Jimmy and his team are fantastic. I'm looking forward to a much warmer house this winter! I highly recommend them.

We just received phenomenal service, in Westerly RI, from 5Cenergy! The entire crew was extremely professional, knowledgable and very friendly. Our circa1925 home was in need of weatherizing. As new homeowners in RI, we have hired our share of contractors to help us bring our home to the modern beauty she is turning into. 5Cenergy were the most thorough contractors we have experienced so far!!! They absolutely go above and beyond to make things right, with quality products. We started noticing right away, as they worked, that the drafts and leaks were sealing quickly. They were only here for a day and we could not be happier with the outcome. The Crew Chief even came and observed and made sure we were satisfied. We HIGHLY recommend 5Cenergy to any homeowner or business looking to seal up, muffle the noise and watch the utility bills go down! THANK YOU 5CENERGY!!

Jared Ormond and his crew did phenomenal work! He took the time each day to explain to me exactly what they would be doing and walked me through work completed all throughout the process. He and his crew we very clean, respectful, and did a stellar job. I can’t recommend him and his team enough.

Jared and crew were absolutely incredible gentlemen who came to do our insulation as well as other side projects. We know this wasn’t easy as our siding is not your typical siding(we have aluminum). They all collectively worked out in the freezing cold and always had a smile on their faces! They were great with my kids too and even cleaned up everything from vacuuming to sweeping when they completed the work! I cannot recommend them enough!

Crew Chief Day Carter and his crew, Neal and Eddie, insulated my 130 year old house. It took them a full two days. During the entire process, the crew kept me informed about what they were going to do, how they were going to to do it, and why. They involved me in decisions when appropriate. I found each of the crew members to be polite, professional and hard working. They left my property well insulated and clean! Thank you guys!!

We had 5C Energy do some work that didn't fit in RISE's area. It was done promptly and well. The people were friendly, pleasant, and cleaned up after themselves. Most important is that, when we had a glitch, it was fixed quickly, cheerfully, and well. Knowing that they would deal fairly with something that went wrong makes them number one on my call list if I need something that they do.

Highly recommended. Kyle was promp on call back and email messages and very clear in the estimate and options there were available. It was only about a week between my initial contact with the company and the scheduled job to be done. I had them spray foam the underside of an office trailer. There wasn't much room underneth. The trailer was up on blocks and the ground that it was on was very uneven with only about maybe 18 inches of clearence for them to army crawl back there. Despite the difficult access to this area, they did a great job making sure they covered the entire floor. I would certainly hire them again in the future as there were right on time the day of the job. In full body suits, it's not a comfortable situation, espeically in the summer months but they pushed through it as the pros they are and did a great job. Thank you guys for your great work!

Clear professionals who had attention to detail and cared for our home like it was their own making sure the job was done right and explaining things along the way. 5C Energy just completed an energy efficient sealing of our Cape Cod house from the crawl space to the attic, which also included a ridge vent on the roof. The professionalism and the knowledge of the crew led by Jared was off the charts. Jared, explained every step that the team was about to do and after each step was completed he reviewed what was done with us. They all worked together as a team affording them ability to finish the job ahead of schedule.
The team was also very clean and vacuumed area's that they worked in.
We are very happy with the outcome and highly recommend 5C Energy if you are in the need of sealing your house and keeping the energy from escaping.

The 5C crew was truly 5 star! They spent two days insulating my house, on multiple
floors. Everyone on the team was professional, punctual, communicative, and respectful. The lead, Eric, took extra time to go over every upgrade and answer any questions. All the work was stellar! Upon completion, they cleaned up and left the house tidier than when they arrived! Highly recommend! Best crew we have ever had at our house for any projects!
