Best service ever! Honest, dependable, straight forward and reliable! Absolutely will be my Plumber for any future needs! Comforting to have as a homeowner to know reliable contractors. Thanks Tim!

Tim and his crew did a great job installing my new boiler. Very high quality work. Everyone was very professional and it looks fantastic. Highly recommend.

We did a conversion from oil to gas last year and couldn't be happier! The price was competitive, the service was fantastic and the quality is impressive. On time, on budget, clean, courteous and professional. More recently, we had a gas stove installed and had the same experience. I highly recommend Tim and his crew.

This is the most unproffesional "company" I have ever experienced! The lady answering the phone knows nothing and TJ decided to completely forget about me, never returned my calls, never showed up. Do yourself a favor and GO ELSEWHERE.

We hired TJ’s to do the plumbing/HVAC on a higher end remodel at our residence as they were locally owned and advertised in Boston Design Guide. Figuring if a contractor advertised in BDG, they must be good, right? Not the case at all, Tim Cutler, the owner, promised the world and didn’t even do the basics. He said he would be doing the work on my home because it was a higher end remodel, however we never saw him except when he was dropping off equipment Etc. There was 1 licensed plumber on sight and several apprentices or helpers who were doing tasks unsupervised to my dismay. Below are some of the issues,
(1)There was a leak in the upstairs faucet that ran inside and damaged a brand new custom vanity, Tim the owner said, “it wasn’t leaking when my guys left Friday” and accused me of sabotaging my own house. Additionally, he refused to come back and fix the leak until the following Tuesday, 4 days later. When they returned, the plumber said there wasn’t enough putty around the drain pipe and said it was a mistake on TJ’s end. No apology or acknowledgment by the owner. In fact, Tim pulled back my plumbing permit because there was a discrepancy with whose responsibility venting my hood fan was, the Plumbers or the Electricians. The contract clearly stated that TJ’s was responsible for “all venting.” I’m actually glad my electrician was kind enough to do it, one less thing that TJ’s damaged or hooked up incorrectly.
(2) They had non licensed helpers re-pipe a sump pump and canted the pump backwards so the float wasn’t working, making the pump non operational. Additionally they got PVC glue all over my brand new siding and never caulked around the pipe that terminated to the exterior. Tim Cutler told me that I was a couple months over the warranty and said he would come back, however I’d have to pay him to fix his company’s mistake.
(3) TJ’s advised me that I needed a “make-up air system” for my Wolf Stove and claimed that it was a mandatory City Code, which it was. Tim went on to tell me that it was a very crucial item because my house can go into negative pressure and create a situation where my venting from my boiler can vent back into my home and create a deadly situation. Fast forward 3 years later when I had my system serviced by a new company, they found that the new make-up air ducting was tucked up on top of the return on my hydro air system, not even connected, with insulation placed around it to appear as though it was hooked up. The new HVAC company told me that this was deliberate, as they took the time to put insulation around the ducting to make it appear like the system was hooked up. This is one of the most scummy things I’ve ever heard a contractor do. They put my family at risk and that’s unforgivable. Furthermore, that’s highly unethical and basically stealing. When I called to make TJ’s/Brazzed Mechanical aware, the office staff claimed that the former owner Tim Cutler sold the business to a new owner and she would immediately make the new owner aware of this situation, so they can make it right. However, after further research, they failed to tell me that the new owner is Tim Cutler’s son who bought the business from his father. How convenient right! No call back as of this review. We will be filing complaints in Attleboro District Court’s small claims division, the Attorney Generals Office, BBB and the State of Massachusetts Contractors Licensing Board.
Update, Spoke with Kevin the new owner, he said, “all inspections and files have been closed out with the project, good luck.” I’ll see you in court Kevin!
