We've worked with Forge on a number of home improvement projects - replacing bathroom ceiling fans, replacing a broken hot water tap, repairing a ceiling, and painting. Most notably they built us custom cabinets to cover a structural ibeam in our historic loft condo, which was incredibly complicated. We love the results! They really thought outside the box on how to best accommodate the beam and now we have usable storage space. The best part of working with them vs other contractors is that they are reliable, responsive, and good communicators. Other contractors we contacted would show up hours after their delivery window, but that wasn't the case with Forge. In the rare event they hit traffic or other scheduling problems, they let us know right away. Overall I'd definitely recommend working with them!

Had a really great experience with Forge for replacement of a very old heating system and update of electrical service. They were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient and I’m very happy with the work. Would definitely recommend.

My husband and I have worked with Forge on two home projects, including an extensive renovation of several bedrooms and a hallway. The renovation included installing hardwood floors, skim coating new blue board walls, installing recessed lighting, installing all new doors and trim, and interior painting.

Each and every member of the Forge team was effective, attentive to detail and high quality of their work, and responsive to our questions. They would point out issues to deal with, that we hadn’t aware of. The communication was great, including emails, texts with their arrival time, and in-person. We highly recommend working with Forge.

Our company RWC recently used Forge to help us with modifying an existing HVAC system. We are a remodeling contractor. I worked with Guy Parsons from Forge. He responded quickly, understood our needs and generated a reasonable quote quickly. We scheduled the work and they performed the work on time and on budget. Their crew was great! We look forward to working with Guy and Forge in the future for our HVAC needs.

Forge recently completed a large window replacement project at my home. I chose Forge because communication with them was easy, they listened carefully and provided exceptional service at competitive pricing. Abdiel and his crew were amazing. The crew worked as a team and each person knew exactly what they needed to accomplish each day they arrived. The project was completed within the specified timeframe, which I appreciated.
The kitchen window required special specifications. Kevin listened to my ideas and executed them just as I had envisioned it. The window looks amazing and I couldn't be happier with the result. A special thanks to Alex for overseeing the project and to Anthony, and everyone else who worked on this project. Thank you for completing this project without any setbacks and ensuring that in the end I was extremely happy, which I am! We just had electric heat pumps installed by Forge via the MassSave program - their team was top-notch and we couldn't be happier with the results. Dave and his crew were friendly, professional, and completed our project flawlessly. Every question we had was answered, they helped us design the system that was best for our specific house, and showed the utmost respect for our home for the entire time they were on site working. Highly recommend them for any HVAC needs you may have.

And how informative, polite, and punctual every one was. I was going to say the professionalism was unsurpassed. I highly recommend Forge if you’re looking to get a project done the way you want & done with the quality it should be. Beck & Cesar cared about delivering quality work! They paid great attention to detail. They understood exactly what I was looking for and gave me that in a day + a half. They are talented in their trade. They were professional, they cleaned up + & were very considerate of pets in the house. Everyone I dealt with at Forge were terrific and I can’t speak highly enough of this company. Thank you Sarah & Chris (office team members) who were always right on top of responding to my emails and needs.

We worked with Forge to install heat pumps and a new water heater and remove our existing oil-based heating system. The team worked with us every step of the way to make sure that we were getting what we wanted and understood our options. Their pricing was also the best we found in the area after receiving quotes from multiple different vendors. We would happily work with Forge again, and recommend them highly.

My husband and I used Forge for custom built-ins in LR and pantry. Skilled carpenters provide quality, custom work at a fair price. Management and on-site contractors listened carefully to our concerns and took time to execute the project to perfection. They were professional from start to finish and respectful of our home and left it clean. We will be using them again and highly recommend their work!

Forge installed our new Heat pump and all its related HVAC services in collaboration with Elephant Energy, and they were absolutely stellar with their performance!

From start to finish I had a great customer experience with Forge. I heard about them from a good friend, and was impressed with their new approach to building skilled workers in the trades. Their salesman, Guy, was down to earth and awesome. Didn't feel like I got a single sales pitch but a fellow Bostonian giving me the pros and cons. Cayden and Josh were the primary HVAC guys on the project, they were professional, communicative, hard working, and very personable. I greatly enjoyed my time with them. The overall cost of the project was lower than any other company along with a great final product. For anyone looking to go with heat pumps, this is the company I would recommend.

We completely removed our radiators and old heating system. For our house, the heat on the first floor definitely isn't as cozy and strong as with the radiators, but on the 2nd and 3rd floor it's better. I'm writing this the week of January where it isn't getting above freezing and the mini-splits are doing great heating the house, they work in the cold as advertised! The efficiency is lower, so it costs more than natural gas, but I'm hoping with a full year the costs will even out when it can be more efficient in the spring, summer, and fall.

Forge installed our mini-splits, and the whole process from calling for an estimate all the way through installation was really great. Everyone was friendly and professional, and communication was clear and timely.

The Forge team finished my installation today – very polite and efficient, my wife and I are very happy we chose Forge. Thanks again for being so responsive on the front end – it truly made a difference as we were ready to use another company and we are happy we pivoted to Forge.

Forge recently installed a heat pump at our home, and their service was excellent from start to finish. The team was professional, efficient, and ensured everything was installed perfectly. The heat pump is working great, and we’re already noticing the difference. Highly recommend Forge for their expertise and outstanding customer service!

Forge was great from start to finish. Proposals for the heat pump installation included heat load calculations that gave the best choice of equipment. The install team did a great job with installing the heat pumps and lines are properly fitted and covered. The heat pump has been working well.

Good communication, executed as promised, going above and beyond, thoroughly professional. We are very happy to have found Forge for our heat pump.
