I had a problem with my boiler giving up the ghost. I contacted Ryan at New England HVAC Pros, explained what little I knew about the system. He sent a great technician out right away. He took the time to explain the system to me, and remedy to the problem. They ordered a new system that arrived in record time. The removal and installation was smooth, with them explaining it all to me as they went. I may not know much about HVAC, but I do recognize competence and good workmanship when I see it. I now have Ryan and the guys on speed dial.

Our service tech David was great ! He has a good personality, very friendly. He explained things down to the T even if I didn’t quite understand the terminology. He was swift and took care of the job. From a tuneup to discovering other things but I am just so glad he was able to do everything in this one visit and it didn’t take all day. I’d recommend this company to anyone looking to get their AC units fixed or even just a tune-up.

Couldn't be happier!!! Called on a Sunday late afternoon and spoke with Ryan. He had a tech the very next morning come out on a 100 degree day! They had my AC back up and running within an hour and checked the system over very thoroughly. The technician was extremely respectful in my house. I'll be a customer for life! Jason arrived and went straight to work resolving the issues i’d relayed as best i could. when he finished he explained what had been wrong with the furnace and what he did to fix it. he answered my questions before i asked and some that i hadn’t even thought of. i’d recommend you 10 out of 10 times. thanks for the service provided at the exact price i was quoted.

I truly cannot say enough positive things about my experience with New England HVAC Pros! My husband is in the Merchant Marines and it never fails that we have issues with our systems when he is at sea. I called New England HVAC Pros because our central A/C wasn’t working. Dave was our HVAC service technician and he was extremely professional and thorough. He explained everything that was going on with our system in a manner that I could understand seeing as how I do not have a background in HVAC. As it turns out, the A/C stopped working again that same night and Dave did not hesitate to return the next day to take another look. He ended up finding an underlying problem that was the source of all of the system’s problems—a problem with how our original HVAC company installed the bulb that controls the refrigerant. Dave again explained everything to me and did not rush through the job. We were highly disappointed in the company who initially installed our central A/C, but we have now found a company that cares and does not do things half way! Thank you New England HVAC Pros and especially Dave!!!

I had a bad experience with another company who came to fix my boiler several times and couldn’t fix the problem I didn’t have hot water for almost 2 weeks I took a chance and called another company I didn’t know anything about and was so glad I did. It was on a Saturday too I was at my wits end and Jason from New Bedford came. He was a very kind man and it didn’t take him long to find the problem. I was beyond grateful I also have someone disabled in my house it was a nightmare without hot water the other company Endless energy had no sympathy whatsoever. Thank you Jayson

I can not say enough wonderful things about NE HVAC!! Our upstairs A/C died completely during the hottest week of the summer. We have a special needs kiddo who has a difficult time regulating his temperature, so we were anxious to get a new system installed. I googled places near us to see which company had the best reviews/recommendations-and landed with this one. The reviews were SPOT ON!! Not only did Ryan come over quickly to assess what was needed, but he also was able to get us on their schedule within days. They, not only completed the job faster than anticipated, but also vacuumed everything and left no trace of being in our home for the entire day. They're veteran-owned, which we loved, and gave a precise and accurate written estimate that didn't waiver at time of service.

We hired New England HVAC Pros to install a new heating system and a HVAC duct and vent system. We had five companies provide quotes and New England HVAC Pros was far and way the most prepared of any of them with an understanding of our home's layout so that they could present the best options for us. When it came time for installation, Cody, Tim, Anthony & team were great, keeping us informed along the way while doing tremendous work. They even prioritized getting the AC up and running in our bedrooms with high temps in the immediate forecast. I highly recommend working with New England HVAC Pros for any of your HVAC needs.

A/C broke on the hottest day of the year. Called New England HVAC Pros at 7:30 pm. Spoke to Ryan who was a pleasure to speak to. He was able to schedule a repairman for the next morning at 9:00 am. He arrived promptly at 9:00 am and was able to determine the problem and repair in a very short time. Very professional and took the time to explain everything to me. I highly recommend this company. As a first customer I am very satisfied.

I had an old heating system fail so I called for an estimate. The price was right, they delivered portable heaters so we wouldn’t freeze and had the new heater installed with a thorough explanation of the installation and system.

I recently purchased an Industrial space and I needed both an inspection of the ductless mini-split systems and also needed the cooling lines re-routed in the building. First, I was called back within minutes from my on-line request by Ryan - and I believe that was a Sunday. One of the owners, Jim, made a site visit on his own and with phone discussion and picture sharing came up with a quote very quickly (I was on a time crunch). On the scheduled service day Dylan and Cody arrived promptly on time. They were very polite, knowledgeable and thorough - great representatives for themselves and their company. They had the project finished within a few hours. I would highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

Fantastic service! The owner Ryan answered my no-heat call on a Friday night and helped guide me through some steps in order to avoid the diagnostic fee. When I couldn’t fix it he had Jake here the next morning. Jake was honest, respectful, and had it fixed in no time. I will 100% be using them again.

When our gas furnace suddenly stopped working, David from New England HVAC Pros came out to our home on very short notice. He quickly diagnosed a serious issue with the furnace, something that could have been dangerous if left unaddressed. Throughout the entire visit, David was professional, thorough, and made safety his top priority.

What stood out most was how clearly he explained the problem and what it meant for our family’s safety. That level of transparency and care gave us tremendous peace of mind.
