Shaun diagnosed the issues and fixed our boiler. Got us back up and running efficiently. Very professional!

The Grays are amazing. Expert, kind, timely, trustworthy, consultative. Our boiler died 5 days before Christmas. They ripped the old one out, installed a new system, so fast - we were back up and running before the holidays. Thank you Gray & Co! Would recommend them for any HVAC or plumbing issue.

These guys are fantastic. They respond quickly, take care of all of our concerns and are priced appropriately. They have rescued us so many times from broken air conditioning and heater issues. They have actually talked is out of doing unneeded work that others recommended. These guys are true professionals!

Mike and his HVAC team are very professional and responsive. I called on Monday morning for furnace replacement. Mike came same day to have a check, and provided the quote on Tuesday. The team show up on Thursday 7:30am on time to do the install, cleaned up the site after completed the job. They work efficiently, price appropriately, have quality job and good communication. Highly recommend!

They keep sending me bills I already paid. I cannot get anyone on the phone to resolve this.

One of their truck drivers harassed and tailgated us on the highway for no apparent reason. He then followed us and yelled at us through his window 🙂
