Had a tree come down on my power line which caused the poles to lean and the wires to sag. The company/owner immediately called me back to confirm the issue and schedule a time. The next morning the crew showed up on time and straightened the poles in the expected timeframe. The crew was very pleasant and professional. Would definitely use these folks again.

My plow truck driver backed into one of my parking lot lights and did significant damage. I called McDonough Electric, who have serviced my lights in the past, and they promptly sent up 2 workers who repaired the damage and reconfigured 2 other lights that needed repair also. Their work was prompt and high quality. I was very satisfied with their workmanship.

Absolutely horrendous electric company. Sketchy practices, extremely high bills, even when you've unplugged everything in your residence and haven't been there for weeks. Also, who asks for a $200 deposit on electricity? Go with another company who knows and understands good practice.
