Jake installed a 100 amp service for a new unground pool we out in. He ran outlets for the pump and pool lights. He came right out. Did a nice install and was really professional.

We purchased a new dishwasher from a big-box company and paid them to have one of their contractors complete the installation. The contractor had to return a second time to fix some mistakes made the first time around and then a few days later, the dishwasher wouldn't even turn on. A technician from the manufacturer then came out and noted some wiring errors made by the installers but was unable to fix the problem. Instead of having the contractor return a third time to either possibly fix it or maybe cause even further damage, we decided to call an electrician in case it was an issue with our house's electrical.
I chose to call East Coast Electric because they are local and had excellent reviews, and they did not disappoint. Jake answered the phone right away, (often unheard of in this industry!), and was able to come out the following morning. After confirming the manufacturer's technician's assessment, he repaired the faulty wiring and even made some adjustments to further level the dishwasher. Every error made by the original installers was pointed out in a professional way and he provided a very detailed description on my invoice so that I can go back to the big-box company and be reimbursed for the installation cost.
I will 100% use this company in the future as well as recommend them to anyone in the area looking for quality electrical services.

Answered all questions regarding work to be done, how long it will take, and warned of elco service outage so we could prepare.

Jacob was very easy to work with. He was communicative, professional, friendly and did quality work. He came back months later, after the ground thawed, and replaced a light stake. I really appreciated him doing this, as it was a very small job, but he kept his promise. Thanks Jacob!

Couldn't be happier with the job Jake and his team did
for us. We had a serious water leak from the outside
Main Line falling directly into our inside circuit box. Not a
good thing with live electricity. Jake responded same day,
quoted a fair price and completed the work promptly. Will

I cannot say enough good things about Jake and East Coast Electric.He came here on a Saturday night to Taunton from Bellingham to help someone out that he did not even know. I had an electrical fire because of tree workers across the street. He first had me turn the main circuit breaker switch off. He then came down and repaired the transformer on my furnace which included two trips to Home Depot to get my furnace running so I would have heat. He was here from about 5 PM to 9 PM. He checked everything in the house and around the yard to make sure I would have no issues. He also put in a whole house surge protector which I recommend everyone have him do So you won’t end up replacing half of your appliances and not having the kind of service you’d expect from your longtime insurance company that you’ve never had a claim with. What a disaster here that night! His professionalism and kind cheerful demeanor really helped a lot. I also found him to be reasonable for everything he did here. One of his workers returned to fix the Jacuzzi motor and offer some more suggestions.If he doesn’t mind traveling from Bellingham, I’d be only two happy to have him as my electrician from here on in.

Jake and JJ are very professional and knowledgeable. They both have very positive attitudes and always looking for the solutions to the challenges in their field. Both have great personalities and a pleasure to work with. By far the best electricians we have ever hired.
