So here we go, went to visit the grands for a couple days and when I got home I stepped down into the basement and right into a small pond. The source of the small pond was a water leak right at the town meter. Called the town DPW and they sent a nice young man who changed a gasket but said it looked like it was something else and I had to contact a plumber. With Thanksgiving coming up I didn’t want to lose any time. G&C Plumbing and Heating came to mind as they recently put in a water heater for me and they were fantastic! Called G&C, they remembered me and the leak was fixed within 30 minutes, NOT just responded in 30 minutes I mean DONE in 30!! Thank you Ashley (sp), Stevie and Brandon for the tremendous response to a tense situation! High recommend and wish all a Happy Thanksgiving!

Barry and Evan installed a hot water tank at our home. Really easy going people to work with and very professional. The install went smoothly; very knowledgeable as well. Highly recommended!
Also, Chris Moulton installed an outdoor faucet and did an awesome job! Wanted to mention that it was raining that day! Everyone we had at our house doing plumbing work has been nice and professional. Thank you!

Anthony and TJ were on time and very professional. They repaired my toilet garbage disposal and unclogged my dishwasher in under an hour. They also taught preventive maintenance strategies to get more life out of my appliances. Great work!

Dylan and Dylan showed up promptly today and worked on the inverters used to heat and cool my home in Norwood. Thay are clean, professional and I know the work is done, and I do not have to worry about having to call them back.
I take comfort in knowing G+C Plumbing and Heating are there when needed.

Technician, Casey has excellent customer server skills. He presented different options, was extremely friendly, on time and was very patient while explaining options to me.

Great experience with G&C Plumbing. Everything from scheduling to communication to the actual work that was done. Chris and Ashley were great. No high-pressure sales tactics. Just friendly people that are ready to help out and get the job done. Chris patiently walked us through our options and was happy to have a discussion. I will be using G&C for any for plumbing issues in the foreseeable future.

Had a plumbing issue so we had G&C out to the house. Barry and Cooper did a fantastic job and helping pin down the issue. As always, the technicians were extremely friendly and professional. I highly recommend getting on one of their priority plans. It feels great knowing that I have go-to plumbers for various situations.

Recently had an issue with a faulty shower cartridge, and G&C was fantastic in resolving it. Their technician arrived ahead of time, was professional, and quickly diagnosed the problem. They replaced the cartridge efficiently, ensuring everything worked perfectly before leaving. They took the time to explain the issue and the how they planned on resolving it. I highly recommend G&C for their excellent service and expertise!

Casey came in to fix my “no heat” call. He was respectful and knowledgeable. Casey really cared about making sure my heating system was working and showed me honest options for work that actually needs to be done to make it run smoothly.

The Team did a great job installing our new furnace system. They told us that it would take most of the day but it was all completed by 2:30 pm. I was most impressed by how they cleaned up all the piping that had been privously a mess of twist and turns. They showed up when said they would and had all materials to complete the install. I would highly recommend them and would contact G & C in the future for other projects.

Anthony and Max were terrific! Very professional and personable. We use G and C for all our plumbing needs. Wouldn't think of calling anyone else.

Cooper and Mike with G & C Plumbing did a wonderful job with replacement of a tub/shower walls and a new stall shower. They were both courteous , cleaned up and mess and answered all questions we had through the process. We use G & C for all of our plumbing needs.

Super impressed with the professionalism and response by the team at G&C Plumbing and Heating. They returned my call immediately and sent a technician to my home the next day. My hot water tank needed to be replaced and they were able to schedule the replacement the very same day! Their prices are higher than most companies but you receive honest and professional service in return. I highly recommend G&C Plumbing and Heating.

Very happy with our recent experience with G&C. I set an appointment on the first call - received updates on when the techs would arrive. Randy and Matt were right on time.

They walked us through what they found and put the fix in place.

Couldn't be happier with Casey (Brian)! He was great at communicating, showing and explaining the issue i had with my heat. I knew the work that was going into my house and what I was paying for. I will gladly call him again if anything ever happens.

We just had Chris and Cole at our house installing a new kitchen sink, replacing shutoff valves under the sink and installing a new tiolet. They were very professional, thorough communicating with us thru out the process. We have used G&C Plumbing in the past and will continue to recommend their services.

I called G & C plumbing because my furnace was acting up. Their support staff scheduled an appointment for the next day. Bob Duca and his associate kept me updated on their arrival time and were very kind and helpful about my furnace. It sounds quieter now and I have peace of mind that I have a company to contact with any issues going forward.

Dylan and Sway were professional, knowledgeable and accurate. I called they came within 3 hours i had no heat since December 31st scared pipes would burst ! Explain everything got part some towns away and we had Heat! Definitely recommend them!
