Ecowave provides top-notch service. We had a heat-pump system installed, and Alejo and his team worked closely with us through the entire process, including helping us wade through the byzantine MassSave bureacracy.

They really and truly care about the mission of their service and are dedicated to delivering the highest quality results.

We actually ran into a problem with our equipment, and Alejo and his team relentlessly pursued a solution, and now everything's running perfectly.

We had some questions about what system would be best for our new home and Alejo was able to help us choose the best option. Pricing was slightly below some of the other quotes we received. We were able to have a quick turnaround from quote approval to installation. The installation itself looks fantastic and Alejo worked us through the entire system once it was complete.

I can't say enough good things about our experience with ecoWAVE. Alejo from EcoWave is great! I had a noise coming from one of my heat pump units and he quickly diagnosed it as a vibration in the fan. He also suspected that the vibration was caused by a build up of dirt on the fan. In 15 minutes, he cleaned the fan and reassembled the unit. The vibration was gone and the unit was as good as new!
I’d highly recommend EcoWave for any heat pump installation or repair project. You will not be disappointed!

I was given an accurate estimate up front. Alan explained the installation process in great detail. He provided updates along the way, even when I didn’t ask. Both Alan & Alejo were meticulous and cleaned up even small messes immediately. They are both perfectionists and take a lot of pride in their work. From beginning to end, Alejo and his entire team were nothing short of professional. Not only was he incredibly professional, he was knowledgeable, assisted in the setup of the system, was able to answer questions, and was generally kind.

On top of all this, EcowaveUS offered the most competitive price for the work we had done (heat pumps and had to install and run ductwork through our entire 1400 sq ft home) and had a step by step guide on how to submit for our Mass save rebate. Alejo and his company did an incredible job! I had a brand new house built and used a similar company to Ecowave before it was started. I had constant HVAC issues and the vendor couldn’t fix it. Alejo and his team came over and had it fixed within hours.I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!!

We got 5 estimates for our heat pump system and we were going to make a decision when my uncle recommended EcowaveUS, I'm glad I called them.
When Alejo came to give me an estimate he was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the systems available and the Mass Save program. The only other company that seemed ALMOST as knowledgeable as Alejo gave me an estimate nearly $10,000 more than EcowaveUS.
When Alejo, Alan and Maxwell came to install our system, they were very courteous and friendly. They were also extremely neat, we were expecting to have to clean up the areas they were working on but to our surprise there was no need. They also finished a day earlier than expected.
We can't express how happy we are we decided to use them, I would wholeheartedly recommend EcowaveUS. I don't think you'll find anyone better.
